Ulasan Hotel Urban St Leonards

A great stay, was pleasantly impressed by the quality of the hotel, its rooms and public spaces. Will definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it to family and friends.

Staff always friendly, easy check in, centrally located to where I need to be and clean

The location is good, there is a Coles nearby, walk around 15 minutes to there. The receptionist at front desk is inadequate, which we had to wait for 5 to 15 minutes for check-in or request for extra supplies. And the room soundproofing is poor.

Clean and convenient. Had everything needed for a short stay.

Front Desk staffs were very helpful and happy with their service. Unable to comment on the food since we did not have it in the hotel. Will definitely recommend my friends if they go to Sydney for holidays even though is not that close to the train station.

房間不錯。雖然對應價格和國內酒店無法相提並論，但是在悉尼這裏，算是基本可以。離着機場有一定距離。要住在這裏最好自己開車。否則不是很方便。附近是商務區，所以除非在這個附近有業務就近溝通。單純來旅遊，這邊不是很方便。

功能性ok但設施比較簡陋，類似工業風。服務生略顯傲饅，不太熱情。距地鐵也比較遠，公交出行便利性不足。體驗不盡如人意。

房間非常的寬敞，乾淨，最貼心的是房間居然有公牛的轉換器。這對出差匆忙忘記帶轉換頭的人來説簡直就是不要太貼心了。前台的工作人員很熱心，我們由於先外出，雖然退房了，前台工作人員還是很暖心的讓我們放在了儲藏室行李。

澳洲少有的一天一打掃，但房間窗户打不開，一整天待着的話有點小悶

房間非常乾淨，整潔，屬於意式極簡裝修，絕對推薦的酒店，離悉尼市區也很近，半小時公交車，推薦入住，絕對是來悉尼的首選；遠遠高出預期；

衞生美的説不要聽差評裏的黑，不負責任，衞生沒有問題，樓下大堂餐廳服務員服務不錯，食物也很美味。唯一的美中不足是酒店前台的英語口音較重，不過還算是有耐心

酒店服務很貼心，衞生設施齊全，服務周到細緻，交通也很方便，酒店門口就有公交車站有多條公交線路，公交車2站能轉到火車站和超市

非常不推薦再次入住，房間衞生嚴重不達標，一晚上沒睡覺。請酒店一定重視衞生質量
