Room was clean-ish, no toilet paper in the bathroom, after checking in an employee walked into our room without even knocking claiming someone called and asked how to turn on the tv from our room, then lingered at the door after we told him that never happened

No towels shampoo conditioner body wash no way to get ice freezer needed defrosting pillows flat couldnt get a cup of coffee and carry to your room should of had coffee n maker and cream surgar in each room

Very dirty. Much things broken or not working like TV remote, hair dryer, lights etc. plenty of bugs in the room and floors not even swept.

Terrible customer service skills upon arrival, didn’t make me feel welcome. The parking lot had sketchy people loitering, and the room was run down. The front Hojo photo doesn’t represent the location. It was so bad we wasted the $100 rate and paid $200 elsewhere so our family felt safe.

The beds were terrible and the breakfast was a small pastry and apples. The cereal was out, but we couldn't see any milk. No juices. We stopped at the McDonald's down the street.

The people upstairs sounded like they were moving furniture all night there was only one towel and the tub faucet ran all night and the floors smelled like puke
