Ulasan Sercotel Palacio de Los Gamboa

Great place at a very convenient location, just in the heart of the action! The only thing they can do to get better is to include a water boiler in the room so that guests can prepare their coffee in the morning or at least put a coffee maker in the room. Other than that everything was good.

this hotel was relatively good... but amenities like shower gown and slippers were not furbished... although they gave them to us when we asked for them...

バルセロナのホテルと比べて半額の値段で広い部屋、おいしい朝食付きで快適に過ごせた。 ホテルの周りにもたくさんレストランがありグラナダ大聖堂までも歩いてすぐでアクセス良好。

Muy bien situado. Detrás del ayuntamiento. Está en un antiguo palacio. Difícil de entrar en auto pero todo bien.

酒店很好並且很乾凈，在市區主街的一個巷子裏。唯一不足的是房間太小了，我們定的雙人床，但是這個大概跟國內的單人床差不多寬度。

Muy buen servicio y instalaciones. La ubicación es perfecta y el parking muy útil.

這個酒店位於老城區，到所有景點都在2公里之內。酒店早餐要在8點才開始。酒店附近路比較窄，開車不方便。

Feels like quite a generic chain hotel. Decent room, but you can see the cost cutting in many places (cheap toilet paper, shampoo dispensers attached to wall, very cheap bath fittings which were falling apart). Main problem was the unacceptably bad soundproofing of the rooms. Could hear a lot from other rooms and the hallway, and woken up multiple times by other guests being loud. For a 4* hotel, dissapointing to have no coffee or tea in the room

We knew this was going to be a walking break around Granada so the local was second to none. Staff were excellent especially the breakfast staff. A couple of bug bears...1) No facilities for tea or coffee in the room 2) They charge for water in the mini bar which was a first for us over the many years we stayed at various hotels. A cup of Tea is a must on returning to the room after a long day out exploring hence the drop in our overall rating of the Sercotel Granada.

Loud around the property until the wee hours. Windows aren’t required to be insulated from the elements so the noise comes right in. Bring earplugs.

The hotel was located on a back alley but near a main street in a safe enough area. My plane arrived very early so I came into the charming lobby just to drop my bag, but the clerk wanted to check me in early into a room in the semi-basement rather than store my bag. Because I had a half-price rate through ******* and planned to be out sightseeing most of the time, I accepted the lower level room, dropped my bag and left. I do greatly appreciate the early check in, and the room itself was well-appointed, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean (kudos to the cleaning staff). Nonetheless, it was still disappointing. When I got back and opened the curtains, I found that my window faced a narrow alley across from a cement wall on which graffiti was scrawled, and there were bars on the window. At that moment, I felt that I had been judged by the clerk as less worthy of a courtyard room and disappointed that such a nice hotel would utilize rooms that required bars on the window. I was further disappointed while trying to sleep that I could hear someone’s high heels clacking on the floor overhead as well as drumming through the walls,either from a band or maybe from a radio, until around midnight when it quieted down. I give this hotel high marks for overall quality but would personally never stay there again.

The hotel is quite centrally located and provides parking (with fee). It served us quite well.
