Staff very friendly, bed comfortable, very pet friendly, the Restaurant was closed. We had Dinner on our last visit and it was delicious. Breakfast sufficient and good. Everything was Great. Would Love to Come back.

Travelling with my two dogs. What did I like about this venue?` Great for Quick in and out during a roadtrip, why: - close to the freeway. - 24h personal reception, very friendly. :) - Staying on the ground floor - you can park right in front of your door (free parking). - There is a Japanese restaurant near by. Also, I suggest for Weekdays and Saturdays, the next door farmers store. lovely products. - Clean, well cleaned carpet - Pets allowed at 7 Euro fee - Free parking on the premise My Dislikes: - The neighborhood, which did not bother me on a one night stay too much. Overall, I recommend and may stay here again, while I founds it somewhat pricy, which may have been related to the summer holiday ending... and many people travelling.

Great place to stop off after a long drive from Spain. Very clean, great food in the restaurant. access to the spa if need be. I didnt get to access the spa as i wasn't made aware of the opening times and location upon check in. But that was fine as i didn't ask. :) Overall wonderful place definately going to stay again.

Great service. The lady in the reception and at the restaurant were great. Rooms too small and needs some work (shampoo dispenser not working, blind broken). Food in the restaurant is okay, some dishes were very nice some others okay.

Receptionist and staff helpful and friendly. Clean hotel. Good Food and great location for overnight stay en route to Spain. Good night’s sleep in a comfortable bed and air conditioning worked well. Secure parking on site.

hotel location is in an industrial zone, no social activities nor easy public transport. nothing to do there. taxi-uber seems like a must for a foreigner guest. carpets in the room keep dust and microbes, not a good choice and they were veeery dirty. toilets are tiny but OK. bed was comfortable and I had a good sleep. and was clean. TV has no international channels, only french. wi-fi connection was perfect. restaurant & food was good. Spa ? no way. this is not what I understand under spa.dissapointed. staff was nice and good.

Great stopover location for UK travelers to Southern Spain. Our dog was also made very welcome. Friendly, efficient, professional staff in all areas of the hotel. Nice bar and restuarant facilities with outside areas. Also, a nearby Park (Rugby Ground) and open areas beyond to walk our dog. Very close to motorway crossing the Spanish Border. Would use again on future trips.

We booked this for one night on route from Spain back to the UK. We had booked for a Sunday not noticing that reception closes at 17.00 on this day and their restaurant is closed. Their colleague rang us while we were driving to check our progress and ensure we would be there on time or to make alternate arrangements for our key. He also searched for restaurants for us (all local ones are also closed on Sundays) on our arrival. It was clear that this was someone who enjoyed their job tremendously and went out of their way to deliver great service. We booked their destination charger and parking is behind a secure gate. The hotel was easy to find. Rooms are clean and everything you would need for a few nights. Breakfast was the usual buffet offering. I’d certainly use this hotel again.

Logiciel pas rapide, règlement prend pas de temps. Le plat du jour froid, dommage, dessert moyen, le diner n'est pas terrible. Par contre le petit déjeuner n'est pas mal. Personnel gentil dans l'ensemble

Chambre très bien, très confortable. La restauration laisse à désirer, plat commandé non conforme à ce qui a été servie, manque des ingrédient exemple dorade sauce crémeuse à la sauce curry, nous attendons encore la sauce. Tourte pomme de terre de reblochon, des frites ont été servis à la place sans demander l’avis du client. Nous avons commandé du vin blanc, nous avons eu du vin rouge. Dessert manquant, mousse au chocolat commandé, moelleux au chocolat servi. Le serveur quand nous lui avons dit le problème, n’est jamais revenu vers nous pour s’excuser ou nous expliquer qu’il y’a un problème. La responsable était désagréable au plus haut point (n’a pas d’être là). Mauvaise expérience restaurant. Et franchement il faut aller manger ailleurs.

Hôtel très calme, très bon emplacement, parking privé, chambre et salle de bain spacieuses et surtout très propres. Le personnel est charmant, sympathique et disponible. Petit déjeuner excellent et varié. Tout est parfait, aucune fausse note, nous reviendrons.

Accueil parfait. Chambre et hôtel agréable. Déco sympa. Grande douche. Petit déjeuner avec tout ce qu'il faut. J'y retourner avec grand plaisir pour mes déplacements d'autan que le personnel très accueillant et attentionné.je recommande
