Well kept grounds, nicely manicured landscape and architecture. The one bedroom room was clean, came with washer/dryer, full kitchen and very comfortable bed. Overall great value for the stay here. 2 pools and a jacuzzi well maintained. Very accommodating staff, saw someone everyday managing outside and the beach area. Food at Pelican Bay was always fresh, reliable and delicious!

The property is beautiful. Well-kept an in a good location. The staff is a roll of the dice. You can get a person who is really nice or someone who thinks they are doing you a favor. The bar tender was just plain rude. The desk staff was either really nice or they treated you as an inconvenience. The room was nice bit dated. They could have cleaned it better. Hiar on the floor of the bathroom. and an occasional bug. Not a 5 star or a 4 star but not bad.

Nice resort with helpful and friendly staff. One or two of the servers at the restaurant were less friendly but everyone else was nice. The beach is great. We used the kayak one day and there was always a choice of sunbeds and plenty of available towels. Rooms were clean and had everything you’d need. Hot tub and pools were clean and the grounds were nice

It’s our first time visiting Turks & Caicos. Based on previous reviews I chose this resort & was not disappointed! Friendly staff & people, spot clean room & property, very quiet, nice ocean front room.. We will stay here again if or when we come back.

Clean resort that was well kept with lush gardens on a great stretch of beach. The one restaurant on site had really good food and did a great job off offering a variety of daily options.

Close to many restaurants. Rooms are clean. It would be nice if the resort had a fitness centre

We had great time at RWI. In walking distance to a multitude of dining options and a short bike away from the grocery story. Great diving shop next door at Club Med. We found this low-key, clean and quiet resort a perfect place for a week-long vacation.

Two room suite had great space and we loved having the full kitchen. Restaurant/bar was good and the distance to the beach was great. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Extra shoutout to Sherman!

First, the pros of the stay: - The location is about 15 minute walk from the downtown area - The beach area is right next to the resort - The landscaping and grounds are very pretty - Access to bikes (albeit they are old) was nice - Jessica at the front desk and concierge area was incredibly nice and accommodating - Matt-Lee at breakfast every morning made our day and was very attentive and very friendly Now onto the cons: - there is only one restaurant and the service there (and at the bar) is VERY slow, super unfriendly, and the food is sub-par - the employees that are supposed to help with towels and beach chairs on the beach were very rude and unhelpful each day - there is no room service at all - the resort offers no shuttle into town - the pools (2) are very small with limited area to swim or sit/lay by the pool - the “adult” pool is supposed to be a “quiet” pool where many rooms are surrounding this area. No one monitors the area and kids are often shouting and screaming and it is NOT quiet. If you actually complained, the resort would send someone but it would resume only moments later. This affects all the rooms staying in that area. - there is no drink service or food service on the beach offered by the resort, nor is there service for the same around the pool areas - our room was old & outdated, & smelled like mildew every time the AC was turned on
