Very nice family hotel and good value for money. Standard rooms are good, large and comfortable. Renovation is needed, but housekeeping ladies are doing great job, although they are understaffed. Hotel premises are in beautiful greenery and 5 min walk to the beach was not a problem at all. Shuttle service is excellent, as well. Beach is clean with a nice restaurant. Food is average, a bit repetetive, but you will never stay hungry. Drinks’ offer is not good and this segment really needs improvement. Italian A la carte takes ages to be booked, do not waste time and patience, beacuse the food is not even average. Pools are nice, clean and spacious. Aqua park is also very good. Entertainment team is doing a gret job. All in all, we left satisfied. We had more “issues” in another Kiliit group hotel, which was at least 50% more expensive. So for this money, they are doing quite a nice job.

We visited this hotel in June 2024 and really enjoyed our experience. The food was lovely and the hotel was beautiful. Lots of pools and great entertainment. Dursun Ozdemir from Guest relations was especially helpful with our questions and supporting us through the trip. We would definately visit again

First of all, I like guest relations departmant. It's because ,Dursun Ozdemir, a very nice and helpful guy from Guest Relations Departmant. He helped us to get broken aircondition fixed immediately. He also informed us about the hotel. He came to ask whether our air condituner is working or not. We felt like we're cared. We did not have a language barrier thanks to him. He is so sincere and trustworthy when he talks to us. The resort is huge, great for families. We had lots of fun here. The bar staff is good

Hotel is very big and has a good variety of pools which are all very clean. Kids aqua park is a lot of fun for the kids but is dangerous as it has no life guards so all the kids do is climb up the slides and come down together and collide at the bottom. Have seen a few injuries. Have complained to customer relations and nothing has changed seems like they don’t have enough life guards for the vast amount of pool area. Beach pool was good as my 7 year old could stand up. Water slides are good fun. Food is good we never fail to find something to eat. Can be repetitive. Snack bar at beach was my family’s favourite. Bottled water in fridges located around the hotel. Beer and spirits good but wouldn’t recommend the cocktails. Not many English people in the hotel and the Russian guests can be miserable and like to push to the front of lines. adults and children Entertainment at night is good didn’t get to see much of the later shows as the kids wanted to go to bed. Rooms are a bit dated but didn’t bother us cleaned daily and mini bar stocked up daily with beer wine and branded fizzy drinks. Need beach shoes to enjoy the beach but once we had them kids loved it. Very rocky. Nothing really explained to you when you arrive about times and events that are on. Had a meeting with someone who said they could tell us anything we needed to know about the hotel but when asked what time the kids pool comes on(10:30) he didn’t know and was more interested in selling excursions. Staff are friendly and helpful most speak good enough english. Some of the staff that are selling service such as massages leather coats photos start of with high price but lower them the longer you say no. As a family we have really enjoyed this hotel would definitely recommend it but think we will try and spend more money next time and find a hotel that offers more this was a cheaper option to the more luxury hotels. Definitely not a 5 star hotel a bit tatty in places with wires hanging loose and tiles broken.

Second time at this hotel with the family. Love this place, the view, the food, rooms, drinks and staff. Any issues that came up were solved by the staff quickly. Huge thanks to the reception manager Aykul for efficient reaction to some problems. And secondly I want to thank Dursun Özdemir from guest relations for listening to my comments and trying to solve some issues.

I've had a nice holiday in Crystal Prestige Elite in Goynuk. This is our 3rd day in this hotel. A great customer experince from Dursun Ozdemir. I asked him some questions, and he answered all of it. He listened my recommendations. Overall, customer service and food is good in this hotel:)

First of all, wanted to say big thanks for Banu and Eray, always helpful. We lost few our staff (handbag, glasses, etc) and they helped us to find. Because of them we put five stars! Other feedback regarding hotel: Room is old, furniture in a room is old, but cleaning service is nice, room is cleaned every day, thats nice. Minibar is full every day. Food is ok during breakfast, lunch and dinner, mostly same food every day. The territory is big and very beautiful, mountain view is stunning. Location of the hotel is perfect, lots of shops around it. Drinks are good, served in bottles. Loved the piano bar for good cocktails, did not expect from all inclusive turkish hotel such kind of cocktails. Overall the hotel is ok. Thanks!!!! We came 9 people and stayed in three rooms. Kids are happy. Animation needs to be improved.

Disappointing but honest review - return visit after amazing family holiday 2023 but wish I'd booked somewhere else for 2024 Rooms- on arrival late night both rooms were without lights, this was resolved within a few hours but not great after arriving into resort late at night with 4 young kids. One room had an issue with an overpowering smell which was being masked with a strong smelling urinal mat, the smell was disgusting and so overwhelming it caused issues with our young asthmatic grandaughters breathing overnight, requested a move in the morning which was swiftly dealt with so I can not fault for that but new room had no lights which took a number of visits to reception to resolve taking up most of our first day. Food- very poor this time and pool snack bar is a waste of time so best to avoid it, nothing is available unless requested and there is very little or no spoken english so trying to request the little options on offer is a nightmare. the main restaurant is a hit or miss with whether food is cooked or not, pink or bloody chicken is not a good idea cleanliness- rooms are iffy, jacuzzi bath pipes don't appear to have been cleaned so after use amd draining bath it is visibly filthy MiniFridge- rarely topped up with soft drinks , this had to be requested which is well below expected standard Slides- rules on who can use these depends on lifeguard on duty pool area- same plates etc can sit for few days and not standard expected Bar staff- RUDE and discrimatory would sum up the majority of bar staff especially at pool bar, if you are brittish they ignore you and serve Russians who always jump queue, bar staff pretend they dont understand English on occassions but have understood perfectly before. I do not think this is not a Brit friendly hotel which I did say to customer relations when they were doing surveys round hotel grounds. Arcade- be aware the number of credits loaded to cards are NOT the number of credits available when using ie 6 for 10 euro but 1 or 2 will disappear from card Photographers take really good photos BUT are over priced and ask for tips over and above the £££££ cost for pics, when no tip was given the response to me about my husband was "is he jewish" my response was no we are scottish but the "jewish" comment was offensive and particularly disgusting in the current climate. we stayed this year as a group of 8 in 2 pool rooms, the kids had a blast ad we enjoyed family time but this hotel did not live up to expectations or service experienced on our first visit in 2023
