Juju Premier Palace Hotel Ex Amara Premier Palace

I liked the hotel a lot, beacuse of a good rooms, licationa and very friendly team. I hope to visit hotel this year again. First of all, restaurant and a pool bar has a diet menu. Also, we visited dance classes and aquaaerobic classes - that was fascinating, fun and useful. Thank you for this experience.

Awful sewage odor from bathroom! I checked into room 4002 with my wife and 4 children on 7 June 2024. Stayed 4 days very tired of the constant horrible smell. There are no hygienic showers, which is strange. Mouldy smell in the room. I will ask for a new room.

After reading some mixed reviews I was skeptical and concerned about booking this property. However, once there I was very pleased I made this choice. I chose to go during the low season so that also affects my experience 12-18 May. Going during peak and school holidays I can imagine it would have been a different experience as it would be way too busy. 1. Check-in was very smooth and we were upgraded to a better room by Darikha. She was very friendly and spoke fluent English. 2. Guest Relations gives you a call next day to check how everything is going. I spoke with Yulia and Alexandria who gave some nice suggestions for shopping malls. 3. Mariam was our housekeeping lady and she was an absolute sweetheart. So friendly and helpful. She even got us babycot for our little one to play in. 4. Spa was a wonderful experience - not so busy in May and we were looked after by lovely Susanna - Kenyan lady who spoke English perfectly. Also Ahmed, Daria and Ali were helpful and kind. Eager to help and friendly service. 5. Jasur from the Vitamin Bar was my favorite. He was so polite and friendly. Freshly squeezed juice was the highlight of my stay. The Buffet was plentiful everyday. Food was amazing, Lots of choices for Drinks - both alcoholic and non alcoholic. Plenty of different restaurants to choose from if you don't want to go to the Buffet. Entertainment was awesome in the afternoon and music goes on until 11pm. After 11pm the place quietened down. Lots of day time activities to participate in both indoors and outdoors. Water Slide was only opened on certain times which was the only downside for me. It was open from 10am-12 and 2pm-4pm only. We found Shop keepers helpful and friendly except the rude lady in the home-ware shop selling beddings. She had no patience. Taxi was also arranged to airport for 50 euros and it went seamless. Yes, there's A LOT of Russian tourists but that didn't bother us. Lot of Staff speak Russian. English is mostly spoken by team leads, supervisors, or managers. Overall, our stay was so relaxing and we loved Juju Palace. Will definitely book again in future.

Yaklaşık 1 hafta kaldığımız Juju premier otel’i tavsiye üzerine seçmiştik. İyi ki burayı tercih etmişiz. Gerek hizmeti gerekse düzenlenen aktiviteler harikaydı. Animasyon ekibinde başta Emre ve Küba olmak üzere tüm ekip çok eğlenceli ve neşeli. İnsanlarıda eğlenmeye teşvik ediyorlar. Bir sonraki yıl da kesinlikle tercih edeceğimiz bir otel.

Really disappointed. No English people there apart from us and one other family. Mainly Russians and east Europeans. Not helped by the fact that reviews in English on Trip advisor are actually translated into English to make them look like they are from British guests. Not many at the hotel spoke any English at all. We were ignored and bypassed by waiters and waitresses consistently as they did not understand any English.

Everything was super cool at the hotel, the food was very tasty and cocktails perfect. There were so many activities besides relaxing and chilling at the sea and pool. The staff was very nice and friendly, we really enjoyed being here as a couple

Emre is very talented he knows how to entertain his guests. He is very professional and very good. The Hotel is absolutely beautiful and amazing ! The service is incredible everyone is really professional. There is so many pools and entertainment for my kids. I definitely recommend families you will not regret. I am in love! Thank you JUJU!!!

Very nice Hotel. I was there in june 2024 with my family. We come to this hotel because the mountains ir very very beautiful. We like anamations, and evening shows. The workers is the Best in this hotel. Tulkot tekstu, izmantojot kameru I liked everything very much. Both yoga and meditation. I recommend this hotel

The hotel was very nice. Food and drinks are were always good. The view on the Mountains iş beautiful. The animation team was very nice. Always friendly smiling and invited us to take part in the activities. We had a lot of fun and want to Come again. Thank you to Nastya and Umira, you were very nice. We will definitely Come back.
