I visited your hotel and stayed for three days. Your service is unique, your staff is kind and I want to especially thank Ms. Arvanitaki for her professionalism and for her help these days. Your breakfast is rich and your chef Mr. Zervas cooks great . I will definitely visit your hotel again soon

After looking at a number of places, this is where my girlfriend and I decided to go for our first holiday together. We were not disappointed at all. Cooks Club is absolutely beautiful, clean, and a pleasant place to spend a week relaxing. Highlights for us were the stunning boho vibes throughout the resort, amazing selection of food, and the cleanliness throughout. Rooms were spacious and open, giving that bright yet intimate feel throughout our stay. They were cleaned daily, with cold bottles of water left for us each time. The way the food is ordered shows why their slogan is 'New Generation Hotels' - the simplistic way to order hot food from an application, allowing you to grab breads and desserts as you wish is how all resorts should function! I wish the juices were topped up more frequently, but that is a very minor thing to mention amongst a large number of positives. The drink selection at the bars are fantastic, and the bar staff are top class. I highly recommend booking the a la carte dinner, as that was one of the highlights for us. I've eaten at michelin star restaurants, and this was one of the best steaks I've had!!! There are two pools at Cooks Club, and we found ourselves spending most of the time at the chill out infinity pool at the back, which was perfect for our needs. The pools were a little cold during our stay, but that may be due to the time of the year (just before the start of the main season) The gym was also beautiful, and had everything you need for a quick workout to earn that snack from the snack bar, which had enticing treats every day. Reading other reviews, I do not understand the comments about poor food as we enjoyed almost every meal we had. Yes, the environment is loud at times, but this is an adult-only resort themed for the younger generation, so we were not too surprised hearing others having fun in the early hours. This did not bother us. Overall I don't think we could have picked a better place to spend our first trip away. We're already looking at the other Cooks Club resorts for future holidays. Amazing experience in the spa today. Everything was perfect, from the atmosphere to the customer service, to the treatments itself. I was treated so well, and throughly enjoyed my visit today. Marileta was my therapist and she was so calm, informative, gentle and really friendly. She really is 5* and amazing at what she does! I highly recommend the spa and am so happy with my experience today!

Great stay in beautiful hotel The not so good A lot of what you read about the noise is spot on. We happened to be in a quiet area of the hotel so got away lightly compared to others in our group who were in amongst it. Them and other guests complained and it did quieten things down but the problem is the sound proofing as much as inconsiderate guests at 2-3am every night. We arrived very late and the night porter doesn’t provide the warmest welcome but this isn’t a reflection of all the other staff. The great Loved the interior design, wide variety of guests, drinks and food choices and quality - this is where we disagree on other reviews - it was all very very good. You must try the al a carte - they’re both very good. The restaurant app is clunky but not as awful as some describe We had a swim up room which is nice but the weather wasn’t great so a bit wasted - also the sun was only on the space in the afternoon so even with better weather would use the pools until after lunch. The staff we met (other than mentioned above) were all very pleasant and helpful Would come back for sure but not sure would pay some of the prices seen. We got a great deal and felt it was very good value for money.

Felt sorry for the over worked staff .The food was terrible everything arrived cold. Had bad tummy for a couple of days following a roast chicken meal.They couldn't even make a hot coffee. Certainly not 5 star more like 2 at best.

10/10 experience as a solo traveller, I was afraid of booking this alone but it was so worth it. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, they all spoke English fluently. The food was 8/10 variety of choices everyday. The spa treatment was my highlight, special shout out to the therapist ( Harileta) & Aria, both amazing! Would definitely be coming back here or potentially visit other cooks clubs around.

Amazing, I can not wait to go back! The food, drinks and views are all brilliant and the hospitality is out of this world! The only con I have is that the dinner service ends at 9.30pm and as the bar is open until 1am you’re bound to get hungry. There is a crepe restaurant near by however if you’re looking for food late at night, everything will be closed.

Review for the spa: Overall hotel stay was fantastic. I had booked a massage with Mariawthl for my back neck and scalp and it was amazing. We revived a really good price for me and my two friends to book as well. The massage was great and I felt so relaxed!

This hotel is the absolute top of the line. Treated like royalty from start to finish. I don’t write reviews but after seeing people say this is not 5 star. I had to write a review. Pool, food, staff, the ambience all Top notch. Private street leading to hotel.
