Ottimo siamo stati in coppia io e mia moglie, tutto disponibile camere da letto,bagno, soggiorno con tv, cucina, tutto in ordine prezzo molto buono, esperienza molto positiva

Mi serviva all’ultimo minuto un b&b, venendo a Gorizia per esami universitari mi è capitato di girarne alcuni, posso dire che questo è stato il peggiore in cui sia stata. Prenotazione: ogni sito portava prezzi diversi, chiamando alla struttura ti facevano il prezzo raddoppiato. Ubicazione: è distante mezz’ora a piedi dalluniversita e 20 min a piedi dalla stazione, scomodissima. Pulizia: sporco, il bagno puzzava di fogna, i muri erano sporchi, piumone sporco, pieno di insetti piccolini. Avevo richiesto un letto matrimoniale, erano due letti singoli uniti solo dal lenzuolo matrimoniale, ovviamente si separava, coricandosi si sentivano le molle del materasso. Non è presenta una presa vicino al letto, quindi non si può attaccare un caricatore o un la lampada per leggere un libro, mi domando cosa l’abbiano messa a fare allora. Stessa cosa per la luce, non esiste un tasto vicino al letto per spegnerla, esiste solo il principale. La testata del letto non esiste, c’è solo il muro tra l’altro anche sporco. Io ho preso una stanza con bagno esterno, scomodissimo, bagno troppo distante dalla stanza. Unici tratti positivi: check-in a distanza e nonostante non ci sia la colazione inclusa c’è una macchinetta dove si può fare caffè o cappuccino gratis.

Struttura nuova, check-in on-line efficiente e veloce.

Bella struttura, nuova e pulita. Unica pecca il cigolio e i rumori del letto(anche quando si cambia lato durante la notte si avvertono questi rumori snervanti). Per il resto tutto perfetto. Check-in semplice e veloce, cucina a disposizione, frigo , macchinetta del caffè con tutto ciò che si desidera. Zona assolutamente silenziosa e raggiungibile a piedi dal centro(più o meno 1,5 km). Siamo stati davvero bene. Se dovesse servirmi di nuovo ci tornerò sicuramente. Grazie

In Gorizia I didn't find anything similar to Urban Homy Gorizia, with a kitchen, all amenities, a big enough room, etc. The washing machine didn't work at all; the refrigerator was not cold enough; it was not possible to buy food for more than 3 days because it would end up in the garbage; there was no umbrella on the terrace (32–36 C every day); chairs on the terrace were broken; dishes were very old and disgusting to use; it wasn't as clean as it should be; very uncomfortable beds in living room and bedroom. For 100 EUR per day, sorry, but it's not worth that money...

Location was good but check in was difficult over the phone. I was disappointed to find our bathroom was not in our room and was in fact down the hall. The beds were hard and uncomfortable, there was no mirror in the room and no plug sockets next to the bed. The kitchen was clean but there was no wine opener or chopping boards.

The property itself is awesome....and the coffee was really good....loved it! The only thing misleading, on my opinion, is that we booked this property because is a bed and breakfast, and breakfast was not available. This is just part of the name of the property. And the only reason we booked here in the first place was expecting for a bed and breakfast. Other than that, ALL ready good.

Put up bed broken and unusable. Promised discount but not received. Fairly clean, but dirty under coffee machine and cupboard handles sticky so thorough clean needed.

The place is very fresh and seems very well build. Very clean, smells fresh and clean! Good location from the center.
