Good travel

我覺得很好啊，房間很大。衞生間也大但是冷！但是2月的時候真的很冷，暖氣開到最大還是很冷，沒有開空調睡覺的習慣，所以真的冷，被子很薄，這是唯一的缺點🥹

非常滿意 很乾凈衞生 房間很大 早餐很棒 前台可以預訂你想要玩的一切項目 總之很喜歡這個hotel 下次來還住在這裏

服務熱情，安排了老爺車，綠線環遊，熱氣球！離商業街很近，吃飯方便！

風景一般，早餐一般，不像圖片上呢麼好看，就是便宜

L'hôtel était bien situé et le service était bien. C'est dommage que le temps était mauvais et que je n'ai pas pu profiter pleinement des différentes terrasses.

Loved this property, such a nice stay. Only issues was our room was next to the front door so very loud in the morning with people leaving for the balloons

I had a wonderful stay at Milat Cave Hotel, perfectly situated just three blocks from the main street. The comfort of the accommodations was truly noteworthy. The convenience of booking tours directly at the hotel, with easy pickup, streamlined my travel plans. The terrace offered breathtaking views that allowed me to witness early morning hot air balloons. Highly recommended for an all-around enjoyable experience. Wifi works very well, I only had connection issues once.

Hotel located in very good locating and perfect view for watching the balloons. City center very close, just by walk 5 minutes. Very delicious Turkish breakfast served. Rooms are so cool and good decorated And of course staff is very friendly and helpfully.

This hotel is great! Rooms are basic but do the job. I stayed in January so it was very cold and snowing but the hotel had central heating and heated air con. I only stayed 2 nights so I can’t comment on the cleaning as I never expected clean towels and bed change. However, my room and the surrounding hotel was lovely and clean. Staff were great, offered some information about Cappadocia and what we could do during our stay. Organised us a sight seeing trip which was great. Breakfast was lovely. Offered a nice little spread and had a toastie machine which was a bonus. They also take omelette requests. The balloons didn’t fly during my stay due to the weather so I can’t comment on the view of them from the hotel but the terrace does have a decent view.

It is one of the best hotel to stay in Cappadocia. Friendly customer service ( Mr. Husain, Wazir). Nice panoramic view in the roof top. Tour arrangements are also possible. Prices are affordable for couple of nights to stay.

Overall the hotel has a great rooftop for viewing the hot air balloons taking off, but I will never stay here again. Every time I had to interact with staff member Hussain it was a miserable and anxiety-causing experience. First, we drove into Cappadocia at night and our GPS took us to an overlook instead of the hotel and when I called he was defensive in saying the GPS wasn't the problem but we were. Once we arrived he was very rude to us - like we were bothering him. He completely ignored me and was talking to my friend in Turkish and when I said English please he was annoyed. The following morning I asked him where we could find the fairy chimneys and again he was annoyed and brushed me off by saying "just drive to the museum". He did not have an ounce of common courtesy with us nor did he even try to provide us any information or assistance when we asked. I've traveled the world and stayed in many hotels and this experience with Hussain was the worst I've ever experienced any where in the world. He has no customer service skills or etiquette. There were several other instances of his rudeness that my friend and I experienced in the 2 days that we stayed there and to be honest it was stressful.
