Clean and well presented room, the staff were wonderful and hospitable! Will be staying here again in the future

Good breakfast

Room was very spacious, well above expectations! Reception was friendly as well and was very helpful when we accidentally rung the safety rope in bathroom.

Overall it was a good experience.

酒店位置很好，正面河景，離市中心商業步行街也就一步之遙。早餐豐富，環境也讓人很舒適，不知不覺坐了1個多小時。 我們是自駕過來的，酒店雖沒有自帶停車場，但背後有個Q-Park，很方便，問酒店要優惠碼，可以打6折，感謝耐心教我車位預約方式的亞裔小姐姐，忘了問你的名字了很抱歉。

服務較差，前台堅持説我的預付款訂單沒付款，叫來經理查了很久才發現已付款，也未表示任何歉意

Malgré notre arrivée tôt à l'hôtel le matin après le train de nuit, la réceptionniste nous a distribué tout de suite une chambre prête. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié sa gentillesse car il faisait très froid dehors et nous étions très fatigués ce moment là. Et puis tous les personnels de l'hôtel sont sympas. On a eu un très bon séjour à Glasgow.

房間太小太擁擠了，但是格拉斯哥的出租車還是不錯，外國人都特別有禮貌，比較友好

Great location and in a stunning building. Was surprisingly quiet in a busy area. Location is perfect, close to good transport connections and very near the city centre.

We got stranded in Amsterdam and arrived a day late to Glasgow. The hotel staff did not check the message I sent them informing of flight delays. They gave our room away as a no show but were able to get another room.

Vey friendly staff from the reception desk to the restaurant and the lady who cleaned my room was very friendly. Room was nice a quiet which I always welcome!

Property was very clean and quiet. Great location and a short walk to the subway. Also very close to shopping, food and a grocery store. You do have to carry luggage up and down several steps. Also wish there was more space in the room to put luggage. Very friendly staff! Would definitely stay here again.

The only hassle was the stairs to get to an elevator for baggage. The hotel was clean, modern, and we had a great view on a high floor.
