Ulasan Premier Inn Glasgow City Centre (St. Enoch Square)

Just needed an overnight stop prior to driving home after a long flight. Minor problems with the shower setup in 212 but I assume there’s a reason for it (hard to use the smaller shower head because of the way it’s fixed. But I have to say the bed was fine, the breakfast was good and the staff, without exception were terrific. I’ll be back.

酒店在市中心地鐵站口，附近就是超市，便宜時性價比高。房間設施一般，免費Wi-Fi速度很慢，廁所設施有點老舊。

센트럴시티와 아주근접하고 테스코와 리들이 가까이있고 에녹옆도 바로앞이라 모든인프라와 교통이 편리합니다. 호텔도 아주깨끗합니다

Wow! What a hotel, I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and have therefore outlined my experience below: I arrived on Sunday mid afternoon and was greeted by three working self check in machines (lots of reviews say they don’t work, however on my experience all thee worked) and two staff members. The two staff members were checking someone in but we decided to wait to speak to someone as we wanted breakfast the next day and weren’t sure if this was possible on the machines. We then got checked in by this lovely guy, friendly, quick efficient and booked us in for breakfast the next day which I will outline later in my review. We then headed to the room (2nd floor) and it was great; large, spacious, clean, well maintained and comfortable. The bed was obviously great (as with any Premier Inn.) The room was very bright with four spotlights, two bedside lamps on the headboard and a purple mood light on the top of the headboard and obviously the bathroom light. Room was impeccably cleaned - no issues at all. I also thought that the WIFI was pretty good. Obviously it is not going to be the best ever WiFi but pretty much always worked for checking emails and I even got it to stream a YouTube video (thinking I had data on) In terms of the rooms temperature control, there was an air conditioning unit in the room with an easy to use digital display. We did have a small window - not much of a view but I guess with a Premier Inn you don’t pay for one. We then had breakfast at the hotel the next day which was good ; plenary of option, replenished quickly - highly recommend. Really can’t fault this hotel, feels new/recently refurbished, good location - right in the heart of the city. Highly recommend this for anyone who wants a cheap(ish), new, clean hotel in a great location with some very comfy beds!

Nice hotel, very good location close by to a wide range of things, and literally just a street away from the venue I was going to The bed was large and comfy and there weren't any issues with noise or such. The buffet breakfasts were quite nice too

Stayed over 20 times at this hotel. Absolutely fab location. Close to all city amenities. Clean, spacious rooms. The most attentive and thoughtful staff members which make you feel like at home each time! All requests fulfilled! Thanks Sneha!

Good location, comfortable bed and convenient parking. BUT, we had no hot water for a shower the morning of checking out, despite running the water for over 5 mins. So, what should have been a good review is not, due to a lack of basic services.

I was unwell during my stay and Sneha and Zsolt really helped me out. Definitely recommend staying here. Very central location, close to shops, restaurants, cinemas even if I didn't get out much. Usual comfy Premier Inn bed etc etc etc etc etc etc

Sneha was fabulous and helpful! Very polite and smiley too! She is a credit to Premier Inn! Room was lovely and had a view straight onto Enoch Square. Amazing experience for our first time visiting Glasgow! We stayed with you for 3 nights and we’ll definitely be back 😊

I booked this Premier inn for employees in April through my Premier Inn Business Booker Account and it will be the last Premier Inn I book EVER. When retiring for the evening in Room 205 and pulling back the Duvet there was obvious staining showing through from underneath the sheet. Upon pulling the sheet back there was several pools of dried blood on the mattress protector. My Wife complained to Reception who inspected the room and they offered to “change the sheets “ they were told in no uncertain terms that another room must be provided. In the Morning My Wife complained again and the Manager wasn’t available and she was informed to contact Guest Relations , passing the buck springs to mind ! I contacted them and asked 4 questions about the Premier Inn room servicing guidelines. These questions were ignored by Guest Relations in 2 further emails and a room refund was issued. I then contacted Whitbread’s CEO’s office who then after 9 days passed me onto the “Executive Team” who answered 3 of my questions, refused to answer that of how much time a Housekeeper is given to Service a room on a changeover and apologised for the “Shortcomings and oversight “For an Executive Team to categorise Blood , Bodily fluids on what is meant to be a clean bed is atrocious and I am now terminating my Business Credit Account with premier inn.

Great hotel, very central. Restaurant attached to it which is brilliant. Hotel was clean and more importantly quiet. I overlooked the road and the soundproofing is clearly very good. I barely heard the traffic at all. Breakfast is good value for money.

. Not all beds prepared and made up for our arrival, so had to change rooms. key card to 6th floor bedroom kept failing leading to many trips back to reception to have the key card reprogrammed. The bath and surround had dirty orange mold stains. The restaurant server and restaurant supervisor were both rude. Restaurant evening meal rushed by staff. Food very average and expensive for the quality of the experience. The plus point was the reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. Not value for money.
