This resort has been rated as one of the Top10 wild-life reserves in the country. My 3-day experience was beyond anything my imagination could conjure. I was absolutely gobsmacked at the sheer expanse of the property, the intricate detailing of the architecture, the cultural infusions and the immense effort that must have gone into ensuring that guests are provided with the most luxurious experience but retaining the intrinsic authenticity of Gir. The villas or 'kothis' as they call it are splendidly designed with immense perfection and detailing. The sheer size, scale and beauty leaves your eyes completely feasting on the gorgeousness of the decor not to mention how every need of the guest has been thought of. The furniture, the amenities, the luxurious bed left me hungry for more. No hardware can succeed if the software doesn’t support it. What unbelievable staff! Their training has been outstanding, the service levels are by far one of the finest I have seen in all my travels. The quality of the food, the perfection and freshness of the produce (all organically grown in vegetable patches and orchards of the resort) was fantastic. Special mention of the GM Mr Parik**** Rathod and his entire staff who ***ages the hotel with such high levels of quality control and service excellence. As a hotelier, I can say that rarely do I get a ‘resort’ experience that leaves me so floored and so impressed. I highly recommend Aramness as a MUST DO for every traveler who has a check list of places to visit. And not to mention the excellent safari where spotting the King of the Jungle is only possible because of the trained staff who are so well versed with the wildlife and the forest, they almost make it effortless to see the majestic lion. If you dont include Aramness on your bucket list then I can assure you you are missing out on building a travel experience of a lifetime.
