The Fern Gir Forest Resort, Sasan Gir - A Fern Crown Collection Resort

This was our first visit to Fern Sasan, their rooms is quite spacious. The hospitality was at top notched, staff is very friendly specially the HK department. We appreciate the food quality and service. Pool was not cleaned as it supposed to be, but this we have ignored as the overall experience was awesome

Excellent service by staff especially Sanchari and Narmada and whole restaurant respective staff...service was too good... food was amazing.....just awesome place....must visit it if you are planning for sasan....no words to say about their hospitality and service Amazing Place Must Visit Once Real Forest experience Place is Very aesthetic ....

I am writing to appreciate the gesture and courtesy you extended to us during our stay at your resort from 18th Aug to 21st Aug. We had stayed in multiple luxurious hotels and resorts, but never received such a warm goodbye as today, not even at the Fern at other locations of India. The Fern, Gir is definately unique in our experiences. We were already overwhelmed by your special treatment since the start of our stay; however, such a small token of goodbye gift, and special folk music played during the checkout for a happy journey, won our heart at last. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment. From each family-bonding to children-focussed activity organised by the Fern Gir management were completely new to us in our experiences gained in the previous stays in countless luxurious hotels and resorts. Numerous small but impactful initiatives were curated by your staff to make the whole stay complete, comfortable, and joyful are par above my words. You didn't leave a single chance of disappointment. Such a different thought-process makes a few stays outstanding even in the same segment. I firmly believe that you are not competing with others; however, you are simply above the competitions. Lastly, I would like to present my gratitude through this attached image. We opened and tasted it; all those packed products in the goodbye token given by the Fern, Gir tickled our taste buds, especially the cookies. You certainly won a heart and five star in our stay feedback that will drag us again to you if we come to Gir by any chance in the future. The Fern Gir Forest Resort was very Friendly and Helpful.. Even the breakfast room supervisor was a GREAT & BEST organizer and always had a Smile on her Face and was super friendly.It was great to have (Durgesh ji) in his staff. The room was fabulous and extremely well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. We would definitely come back to stay there AGAIN.

Enjoy peaceful moments with excellent service from Atif, Ijaz, Kalu Bhai, and Lalan. A worthwhile stay offering tranquility to forget your worries. While the food was decent, the gaming zone and swimming area provided enjoyable moments for fun.
