Europa Resort Hotel

Incredibly relaxing! Me and my family decided to visit Crete to celebrate my mums 50th birthday. We picked Europa hotel for its location mainly. Prior the arrival I was in touch with reception team to ensure all is well and organised for us. Ioannis was really helpful and went way and beyond to ensure I’m happy with all the arrangements. When we arrived I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel was really lovely, just because we all know that the pictures might not reflect the reality. Pool area was wonderful and as we came closer to end of season hotel was not overcrowded. Just what we wanted, a relaxing holiday … Restaurant was nice and the food was good too. Maybe some design updating needed but nothing major. The only criticism will be the coffee machines… I love a good coffee in the morning and would be great to update them. I would probably suggest to have some tea and coffee facilities in the rooms. But it’s just us, we like to have some coffee in the early morning at the comfort of our space, plus would be nice to sit on the patio and enjoy the beautiful views with a coffee/tea in the morning before getting out for breakfast. If you stay in that area you definitely need a car. Hotel has its own car rental so it’s just really handy plus the prices are good. Overall, I just was to say a massive thank you to everyone who did look after us for them 10 days. It was a memorable time and we felt special! Thank you Ioannis and the team.

Our stay in the beautiful hotel was nothing less than perfect.The view from our room was simply breathtaking.The staff was friendly and hardworking,the food was nothing more than delicious, the housekeepers made sure to ensure that our room was perfectly cleaned and tended everyday to which we were so grateful, From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with such respect and politeness.The managers, in particular, made sure that every guest felt welcomed and valued. We even rented a car from rentonecar.gr, that which the hotel offered. We were really happy with the car's price and other aspects, and it allowed us to see and explore a lot of Crete.We can't recommend this beautiful place enough, and we look forward to returning in the future!

Nice hotel quite area nice pool nice atmosphere the food was ok it could be better but anyway we enjoyed your stay . We rented a car Toyota Yaris only for 110 euro with out keeping deposit for damages. The only negative in the hotel it was the man working at the evening at the bar he can not speak English at all but the problem was that he was smoking and with his cigarette at his hand he was holding the glasses and putting ice inside the glass. The management if the hotel he has to take serious this because this man destroys all the happiness to everybody who decides to enjoy the evening at the pool bar area. From the reception we informed that we do not use money at the bar to pay after 22.00pm but he was pressing us to pay cash there just saying to us that he is the boss in the hotel.

We had a nice stay with our friends in august, view is great, rooms are nice and spacious, staff was like a family especially Yanis on the reception and all the restaurant staff. Pool is nice, not crowded, you can also rent a car from the hotel in the best price in tow, they,re new and worth it.

I came on holiday at the beginning of June. I had a great time here, but food was mediocre. Beautiful views, really nice room, friendly people, big pool. There is a nice and quick walk down to the beach from the hotel. At reception you can rent a car at a good price which is great.

We really enjoyed our stay. Really good value for money, would 100% recommend it. Good; -very friendly staff -view (I believe all rooms have magnificent sea view) -quiet area -hotel looks good, Minoan art on the walls etc. - really liked it -pool (similarly to rooms, with great view [and good beer]) -nearby village of Panormo is pretty cool Bad; -food is mediocre - but I guess you can't expect much more from a hotel of rather small size -rather remote location might be problem for some people - for me it was a good thing but I realize some ppl might not like it
