Keluarga kami yang terdiri dari tiga orang menghabiskan 5.400 yuan. Hotel sumber air panas yang pernah kami tinggali: Hakone Hoshino Kai dan Taman Ofenshen di Jepang jauh lebih baik daripada hotel ini dalam hal fasilitas, lingkungan, dan makanan."

"Gero Onsen is located in one of Japan's three most famous hot springs and is famous for its high-quality hot spring water and beautiful natural environment. I had a great experience staying at a traditional ryokan in Gero Onsen. First of all, the hotel's architectural style combines traditional Japanese aesthetics with modern comfort facilities, making people feel a strong Japanese style as soon as they step in. The service staff at the hotel were very warm and friendly. They provided me with attentive service in fluent Japanese and some English, making me feel at home. Next is the hot spring experience. The water of Gero Hot Spring is clear and rich in minerals, which has a good nourishing effect on the skin. I particularly like bathing in the open-air hot springs, especially at night. While enjoying the warm spring water and looking up at the stars, the feeling of tranquility and relaxation is indescribable. Dinner is another highlight. The kaiseki cuisine provided by the hotel is exquisite and delicious. Each dish is a work of art. It is not only delicious in color, aroma and taste, but also has fresh ingredients, which fully demonstrates the charm of Japanese cuisine. Overall, my stay at Gero Onsen was very good. I was deeply impressed by the hot springs, service and food. It was an unforgettable travel experience."

"Stayed there for two nights. In-room onsen was good, staff at reception excellent. Food was simply terrible. Rice was cold (personally it’s simply unacceptable in any Japanese restaurant except for sushi may be?), the chef seems to enjoy making fusion dishes (and except that they were unappetising). To name but a few, we had strawberry mousse for starter, tofu (which was bitter) and pickles with miso for mains, and who’d put diced apple in an apple sorbet?? (Felt as though I was biting into ice cubes). The waitress was also extremely impatient and rushed us through our meals (we finished our dinners within 35 minutes, breakfasts 20). I honestly cannot recommend this hotel. Sorry, but no."

Rice is charged separately, but the curry udon noodles were delicious and went very well with rice. Although I only stayed one night, it was a wonderful memory to relax and enjoy the delicious soft-boiled egg curry udon noodles."

"This hotel is very close to the train station, not in the direction of the hot spring street, but at the foot of the mountain. It's not far to walk to, but if there's no hotel shuttle bus, you can only carry your suitcases in and out of the cave. There are stairs and no elevator. I'm a little envious of the high-end hotels that pick up passengers at the door. The hotel is really old, and it's as clean as ever, no doubt. The only bright spot of the hotel is that there is a waiter who speaks Chinese. I didn't sleep well the night before. The air conditioner was very loud, and I was woken up by the train at night. There is only one indoor hot spring pool, no view, and the locker has no lock. Anyway, it's quite simple. The breakfast is not bad. There is nothing special about the hotel, and I was too lazy to take pictures. The flowers on the path along the way are beautiful, which is a plus."

"The hotel front desk staff couldn't communicate in English. Unlike some tourist hotels that primarily employ foreign workers, this hotel mainly has Japanese staff, many of whom are from neighboring Japanese cities. Local residents can enjoy the hot springs for less than 1000 yen. I arrived quite late, and thankfully, Trip.com arranged a pick-up service. It was 8 PM at Hida-Hagiwara Station, completely deserted, when I saw the hotel's dedicated car – I was so touched! I can't imagine what I would have done without it. It was snowy and freezing, and we had missed dinner. We asked the driver if he could stop at a convenience store along the way so we could buy some food, and he readily agreed. A big thank you to this hotel employee! My only complaints are: 1. The food quality was just average, and it was pretty much the same for several days, which was a bit... but if you don't book meals, the surrounding area is quite desolate with no restaurants or convenience stores. 2. It's an old hotel with no elevator, so carrying large luggage was a bit of a struggle!"

"We were able to relax as a family in a log cabin surrounded by nature. Since it's a log cabin or bungalow, there's no need to set up a tent, which is a great advantage for families with small children. The cooking area is covered, so it's safe even on rainy days, and there are plenty of rental items available, so you can come empty-handed. There are insects depending on the season, but that's part of the fun of being able to play freely in nature. There were also simple activities that could be done in between other activities, which made for a valuable experience for the children. Highly recommended for first-time families!"
