the place is famous, for thailand theater shows, foods in many varieties but cant say good. when we check in we are greet by a front desk clerk,with no smile, and tired face.and since i was a foreigner but good in japanese, communication did not go so well though he is not nice explaning everything. but the foreigners workin there is so nice. the ofuro is good but can say not what we expect. in the morning we check out staff were all good and smiling.

Huge room, comfortable beddings, nice settings & decoration. 2 mins hotel bus transfer to Gero station, easy access. Yet after arriving hotel, not much choice for entertainment & food.

Very good experience and staff are very professional especially Mr Taku Yamada as he went the extra mile to accommodate my request to provide me western bed instead of rokan. Hotel is very nice clean n unique with pulley type lift. Good buffet spread. Definitely a good value for money stay.

There will be pick-up and drop-off services, and guests will be treated courteously. Special elevator, surprising outdoor hot spring on the eighth floor, and free beer. The dinner was rich and after that the bed was ready. Very heartwarming. The sound insulation is very good, it was a very comfortable trip. Like 👍🏻

The food was delicious. It would be even better if the karaoke was free.

Hotel service quality is very good: cost-effective hotel

The hotel is very good. Before arriving 1 hour, because of heavy snow, I immediately changed my accommodation. So I looked for a new one. I decided to sleep at Gero Onsen. I found the hotel and chose the room type when I arrived. There was a small problem because it seemed like the hotel asked to check first and waited for 10 minutes. I got a room on the 10th floor. It was big and had a beautiful view. The onsen was very very good. It was a mixed room separated by gender on the 8th floor. There were both rooms and open-door access to the outdoor. The view of the snow was fluffy. It was suitable for all ages. Children and the elderly loved it. The breakfast was varied, but too salty for me... In conclusion, I was not tired anymore and was impressed. I want to stay again. Note: The bathroom seemed to be cold water. We had to use the hot water in the shared bathroom (onsen). - I couldn't find the water in the room. There was only a kettle with cold water for boiling water. But there was a tea set provided. 🥲 So I didn't know which floor to get the hot water. I was afraid of being thirsty, so I went down to buy some water (I'm not sure if I didn't prepare everything).

The room was clean and the amenities were plentiful. The food was delicious and I was happy that I could drink as much as I wanted! The hot springs in the room and the large public bath were of high quality, making it the best trip ever. Above all, the staff were kind and very polite, I'm grateful 🥲 I'll definitely come again!

Specially designed hotel

Although the hotel is on the mountain, the travel arrangements are satisfactory and convenient. The hotel arranged separate dining times for guests to avoid confusion and the food was more than adequate. The room is clean and comfortable, and the outdoor bath is very relaxing.

On a small mountain, the environment is particularly good. There are two hot springs, one indoor on the second floor and one outdoor on the eighth floor. The outdoor view is very curious, you can overlook the entire city, and there is a place to lie in the hot spring, which is very comfortable. The elevator is very unique and very suitable for tourism.

A bit old hot spring hotel, but good value for money, 1700 price includes breakfast and dinner buffet. Breakfast and dinner are very rich, and the crowd control is also good. When you arrive at the station, call and the shuttle bus will pick you up. There is a bathhouse on the second and eighth floors, both with open-air baths. Free drinks and ice cream are available after taking a hot spring bath from Monday to Thursday
