Quite impressed with the service and what is inside the hotel. The room came with an afternoon tea break which never expected to have.

The hotel location is great and near to many famous street and market, walking distance to many place。 Staff are friendly and hotel is clean, high tea provided and is quite nice. we book 5 room in total, one of the room check in 2 days later, but sad to say that near to kitchen, and is quite noise in the very early morning when the hotel prepare the breakfast. Hope hotel can consider this and do something to avoid frustration.

Wonderful hotel that is at a quiet street near many places . Travelling is a breeze and the Penang feel is strong and colourful. I fully enjoyed my stay here

The room that specially designed. Also is my first hotel that provides ceiling fans on top of air conditioner, allowing customer to switch based on their preferences. Strategic location, stone throw distancr to penang chendul. Staffs are friendly. Highly recommended

the mosque beside the hotel made it really hard to sleep with their morning prayers. other than that, staff is very friendly and attentive to our queries. do note that the pharmacies in this area close early but there are many souvenir shops and eateries nearby, eg the famous penang chendol !

Very cosy heritage hotel in the middle of Georgetown. Nicely upkept. The ambience is very cooling and relaxing despite the hot weather outside. It's location is ideal, near to all good food recommended on internet, Komtar, malls and Chowrasta. An absolute gem!

The location of the hotel is superb as it is in the heart of Georgetown! However, designated parking lot is not provided at the hotel.

Beautiful space with Peranankan vibes. Lots of interesting textures. Love the spacious and comfortable room. Teabreak was tasty as well.
