Apartemennya sangat luas, nyaman, semuanya dipikirkan, check-in mudah. Kolam renang yang indah!!

Lingkungan dalam ruangan seperti yang terlihat di internet; Satu-satunya hal yang tidak memuaskan saya adalah desain berputar ke arah tempat parkir. Itu membuat saya pusing. Kami menyewa apartemen tiga kamar tidur untuk delapan orang. Kantor manajemen hanya menyediakan dua tempat parkir gratis. Kami membayar RM85 untuk mobil tambahan selama dua hari.

Kami menikmati tidur yang nyenyak di Tropicana Alv Suites. Jalan kaki 5 menit ke Rumah Sakit Loh Guan Lye. Jalan kaki ke dua apotek Welling dan Apotek Besar. Jalan kaki 5-10 menit ke Macalister Central, Ah Teik Durian Lorong Susu, Ayam Asin Xiang Peng Peng, dll. Dapat membeli air dan menitipkan barang bawaan di Ace Mart. Lokasi di Tower B.

Nilai keseluruhan untuk uang. Apartemennya lumayan untuk menginap selama 2 malam. Proses check in dan check out lancar dan mudah.

Pertama kali ke Penang, dan pertama kali nginep di B&B, gak nyangka ternyata checkin nya gampang banget, manggil waiters yang dengan senang hati membantu kita, masuk ke dalam suasana rumah sendiri, AC sangat bagus, pertama kali pelayan telpon minta kamar puas, pertama kali nginep di B&B masak seafood, rumahnya bersih banget 😘😘

Secara keseluruhan itu baik-baik saja

This 3-bedroom 2-toilet condo is not as new as mentioned in the ad. The air cons in the bedroom and the living room are not functioning when we arrived. Water even dripping from it during our stay. The big towels are shabby that look like they have been used for long time and smelly, also the bedsheets are a bit worn out. The stay in this condo is overall disappointing.

Had an amazing stay. A family member had bad food poisoning so we tried requesting for early check in. Was informed that at that time, around 12 noon the room was not ready but they had requested housekeeping to expedite cleaning. Before 2pm we received notification that the room is ready. Kudos to the team for accomodating our request as our family member was so grateful that sge can crawl between the clean bedsheets to rest! The unit is very clean. The water filter, steam iron & hair dryer came in very handy. We did not use the other things like induction, microwave & umbrella which was provided. Also appreciated the booklet with comprehensive info on food & places of interest. Host kept checking on us in case we needed anything. Thank you!!

Check in and out instructions was clear and easy to access. Air con leakage & noisy in the living room & 1 of the room. TV not working but team members was prompt in sloving the issue. Overall, the stay was acceptable & pleasant.

Pleasant place to stay in. Self check in/out, key collection & return at mailbox, host will whatsapp details a day before check in.

Booked for my Fam in Law, perfectly great, spacious and clean. Check in ABIT of a hassle, and parking to lift is quite a distance. If you're travelling with elderly please drop them off at the main door.
