The hotel’s location was in a more residential area so was quieter than other hotels in the city centre. It took only about 10mins walking to get to the historic city centre though. Hotel room was very spacious and clean. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on the food. There’re a few eateries and bars close by as well as a convenience store. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful .

It's halfway up the mountain in Genoa, a little far from the attractions, about a 20-minute walk. There's nothing fun in Genoa, so it's suitable to rent a car and drive from the beach. The town next to it is quite pleasant.

Very beautiful, convenient transportation, good service. But the laundry service is not good. I sent a piece of chocolate to be washed, and it was returned to me as if it was not washed at all. Parking is difficult. The front desk asked you to park nearby, and I got a ticket for two days.

Passing by, overall it's ok, affordable five stars.

The hotel is close to the surrounding attractions, which is convenient for going out for a stroll in the morning and evening. The room is spacious, clean and tidy. The service is warm and the breakfast is OK. I will stay here again next time.

Nice hotel, probably for a 5* I expected something more. The standard double room is practical but not large. Same thing for the bathroom. I rate it more a 4* superior than a 5*. Negative note the breakfast: 18 euros each, and the coffee or cappuccino was not with a bar machine but with a self-service automatic which I did not like. I expected much more, at least from the breakfast
