Ulasan Hôtel Mercure Paris Gennevilliers

Lokasi: Lokasinya sangat terpencil. Dibutuhkan hampir setengah jam untuk naik taksi ke Katedral Milan. Pelayanan: Pelayanan hotel rata-rata. Banyak orang di meja depan tetapi hanya sedikit orang yang bisa berbuat apa-apa. Kebersihan: Kebersihan rata-rata, kamarnya cukup besar. Sarapannya cukup banyak dan rasanya rata-rata. Lingkungan: Anda harus naik taksi untuk makan di mana saja di sekitar hotel. Ada bangunan kosong di sekitar hotel dan hanya ada sedikit restoran. Jenis perjalanan: Pelanggan domestik@mungkin lebih banyak karena semuanya dipesan oleh Ctrip. Kami sedang dalam perjalanan bisnis dan memiliki waktu yang relatif luang. Jika bepergian, disarankan untuk tinggal di pusat kota.

The hotel was nice, staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast had a decent number of options which was great. Only thing, it is not as close to the airport as advertised, we end up getting a Taxi which is about a 20min ride. There is not much public transportation close by either so be aware of that extra expense if you are interested to head out.

Appreciate the staff allowing early check in as we arrived earlier and I wasn't feeling well. Staff is helpful though not fluent in English. Good breakfast.

Honnêtement ? Très belle hôtel, personnel sympa, tout est à proximité de l’hôtel c’est assez sympa.

位置稍微偏了點，自駕還好。房間整潔乾淨，服務也挺好，就是早餐可選擇的餐食比較少。

Is mooie nette hotel

Dans l’ensemble tout c’est bien passé.

For a fairly new hotel it was tired, bathroom was damaged with a hole in the wall, shower fixings not attached, no double bed, just two singles pushed together and air conditioning turns off after 2 minutes. The only positive is the reception staff were friendly and helpful.

I was charged 52 EUR for three beers, and found out later that I was over charged by 28.5 EUR. I had to argue with the staff before they promised to give me a refund which I never actually received. This place is a rip off so please be very very careful.

Arrived Saturday night for rugby world cup. Checking easy. But, it was 2000 and the bar was shut. No tv (except in the room and that was almost impossible to change channels. No obvious open bars or eateries near, V attractive looking McDonalds but no TV. Walked for 20mins and found great restaurant with TV and the best steak I've had in years. Le Grandel. Public Transport from the hotel is by bus which is on the doorstep but it's a long ride to most places.

Hotel is very very far from city centre. Hotel itself is fine its just the location. Its an hour from the centre of paris out to the hotel between the train and walking 15 mins to the train station. The hotel is located in a business area so there is nothing around apart from office buildings. Get a hotel closer the the city centre.

The hotel is about 3,0 km far from Metro but bus is very close it means u need to pay tickets till metro station and from there to Paris , around 1h! Air conditioner was broken from Friday till Monday whe we left! Shower doesn’t work properly! No frizeer in the room se we couldn’t have any cold water/drinks ! Bar is closed on weekends! Staff was great and bed was nice but far far away to be a 4*hotel! I wouldn’t recommend this not to hollidays or business actually was bad nights and I felt trapped!
