Tempat tidur di kamar sangat nyaman, staf pelayanan sangat ramah, dan sarapan khas ***a Eropa dan sangat lezat. Antar-jemput dari bandara beroperasi setiap 30 menit dan gratis. Anda dapat melihat jadwalnya di ruang tunggu luar. Layak direkomendasikan. Uber ke HB di pusat kota biayanya sekitar 30 franc Swiss. Saya bertanya kepada Taksi dan mengatakan biayanya 70 franc Swiss dan menempuh jarak 13 kilometer.

Very good Hotel for transit and staying near the airport, polite employees

To be very honest, I felt incredibly disappointed with the service of the hotel and training of the staff Long story short, my room was double booked and some other guest just walked into our room while we were half dressed. I immediately went down with the other guest and demanded an explanation. The front office manager seems unbothered and unapologetic. I felt sorry the other guest had to encounter this. After a while, I was simply told that it was a "system error" and was just given free breakfast as service recovery. Even so, the whole stay i felt unsafe thinking someone else might come into the room again. It's shocking that a hotel of this caliber does not prioritize basic guest security and privacy. Needless to say, this experience ruined the rest of my stay. I will not be returning and would caution others to think twice before booking here

Perfect location for business travelers. Clean and spacious rooms.

The beds are comfortable. The McD is just next to the hotel and its near mall. Its very near to city too. Overall stay was good

Hotel location is a bit far from airport and train station, with car i will recommend with train and luggage its hard

Awesome staff and hotel

Not happy

The hotel is new and immaculate. Open plan bathroom which some couples may not like. There is a MacDonalds immediately next door and also microwavable food in addition to a breakfast and dinner restaurant and bar. The only issue I had was at check-in, the receptionist failed to tell us that we would have to purchase a ticket to take the "free shuttle" to the airport for our flight and therefore assuming it was free we sat on the minibus but were told to get off and buy a ticket causing us to waste a further 30mins. The cost of the shuttle was CHF8 per person so its cheaper for a group of people to order a taxi using Uber. DO NOT USE taxis which park themselves outside the hotel carpark, they will charge you CHF 60 per journey and give you a "city tour" if you dont speak fluent German. Taxi drivers rarely speak English and nearly all taxis seem to be driven by immigrants. Swiss police wont help so video any confrontations and send to the Minister of Tourism. The hotel is quite far from the airport so you need a car to get to and from the airport. There is no tram stop around.

The hotel is near the airport and great for cathing the next flight out.

Great hotel & breakfast. Very good amenities. Recommend for everyone who wants a hotel near the airport.
