"I would recommend this family rin hotel, it is a very nice stay, staff are relax and very friendly . I actually enjoyed chatting with the staff. The room is nice and cozy and the swimming is very clean and so relaxing. Would definitely come back again. The bar and restaurant is very nice too. Very classy. The gym is equip with lots of gym accessories. Very nice stay and price is good too"

"The transaction went smoothly; we just experienced a bit of a delay during check-in because the hotel was full, which was understandable since many had booked in advance. But overall, the experience was good."

"Huge and clean swimming pool, making it a great place for family with kids. The rooms are clean though some of the bedsheets and comforter cover are already showing ‘signs of ageing’ and some has stains. Had a little hiccup during breakfast as apparently our room number was used by some other people or it could just be a simple misunderstanding, I don’t know what happened, no explanation. It was immediately resolved though I felt a little worried. They must have some process to verify both the room number and names to avoid incorrect room charges. Another not so good but tolerable experience is being at the 7th floor, just below the Fields restaurant, we can hear the floor noises from the 8th floor which is a little bit annoying. We loved the breakfast and ambiance at Atrium and the dinner buffet at the Fields (French Cuisine). Overall, we had a great experience and we consider this as our go to hotel for quick getaway / swimming with kids."

"The premise is clean and secured with CCTVs They also have ready eating utensils. (Mugs, glass, plate, spoon and fork) A standard room is worth the price. With smart TV, connected to the floor's wifi. Rest rooms are cleaned which also comes with bidet and hot shower."

"The staff is not accommodating. I stayed for 5 nights but they don’t usually give you the best service. No replenishment for guest kit. The front desk has no staff most of the time. They keep you waiting."

"The place is good and near on almost everything you need. But the timing before we checked in was a bit off and they can not be contacted. We waited for almost 2hrs in the car for the someone who can let us in. But over all i can give 7 out of 10 for this."
