"Returning to tassie via spirit. Breakfast is included, lucky spirit was delayed, had proper breakfast. Breakfast offically starts at 0630, but we were there at 0600 and some service has started, i.e. cereal & coffee/tea. Short drive to the spirit. We were given an accessible/handicap room which makes the toilet massive - did not request/book that room. Funny layout of a hotel because needing to pass through bar to get to room. Staff were very professional. Shame we were only there for a short time, would love to come back. Location is peaceful, within the nature park."

"We had a lovely stay at Geelong Novotel but unfortunately the air conditioning had broken down. We were given a fan which helped, but it was a struggle to remain comfortable when the temperature was close to 30o outside."

"We have stayed here a number of times, however this stay was the worst ever. We had an early flight/early start. The noise from the room next door & upstairs was horrendous all night, people talking loudly, clamping up & down stairs, drop items on floor, this all sounded like it was in our room, needless to say we didn't get much/any sleep. Then when leaving at 6am, there was a car parked in a noncarpark space, which made it extremely difficult to get our car out, there were people outside at this car, but didn't offer to move the car. Very disappointed they we spent money to get a good night sleep before our early flight."

"For the area, it's a very new apartment hotel. Parking is charged, but it's very convenient. It's very close to the beach, just a 2-minute walk away, which is a great location. It's also a 3-5 minute walk to the shopping mall. It's a one-bedroom apartment with a kitchen and kitchenware, and the bathroom has a washing machine and dryer, which is very convenient. I would definitely stay here again next time."

"The room is not as good as Home Inn, the location is OK. The hotel facilities are too simple. There is no small supermarket around. The door was opened by the waiter in the morning when the child was still sleeping. I said sorry and went out again. I guess most guests don't sleep until 11 o'clock. I will not stay here again. The hot water in the bathroom is very good, compared with most hotels, it is hot. It needs to be adjusted carefully."

"The location is easy to find. It's not in the center of town, but there is a gas station opposite, which is convenient for self-driving! The front desk service is very enthusiastic. From introducing the room to dining places to Geelong attractions to chatting, it is the most enthusiastic since this trip, haha! The parking space in front of each room is huge. The room is standard, enough for a night's sleep. The swimming pool is not open and a little dirty, haha! When we went out for dinner, we saw the beautiful sunset again. It was a perfect day! Recommended!"
