The dishes and service were comparable to a five-star hotel. It's a shame we missed breakfast because of an early morning flight. They offer a shuttle bus to the airport every half hour, making it the best choice for an overnight stay at Nakagawa Airport."

"1. The room itself was fine, but the front desk staff were really annoying. From the moment we entered, with our luggage on the high steps, they didn't even offer to help, just wiped the door without a word. Even after we brought our luggage to the front desk, the staff member was still wiping the door, completely ignoring us. 2. There weren't many people there that day, and they took over 10 minutes to register us. We wondered if they were inexperienced or what. We didn't say anything and just waited. Guess what? I thought they were finally going to get a good room, but we were disappointed. The room was on the 7th floor, and it was completely dark. Looking out the window, guess what? It looked like an old, dilapidated, unfinished building. I had to come down and complain, and then we had to go through the whole process of choosing a room. We ended up picking one on a lower floor near the street from among so many empty rooms – what a waste! 3. On the day we left, they offered airport shuttle service, but when we asked, they were very reluctant to let us through. If you're so embarrassed, don't write it down. What's the point of writing it there? 4. The tissue box was empty after only a few uses. I thought I was quite wasteful, using it all up in no time, and I was feeling a bit embarrassed. Then I looked down and, lo and behold! The tissue box was lined with 2/3 of a layer of foam board! 666 5. I saw a charger next to the bed and was thinking how thoughtful the hotel was. Then I looked down and saw a huge charger with a "pay-per-use" sign. How clever of them to do business! It's like a toad crawling on your foot—it doesn't bite, but it's still annoying. Either put a good one there, or don't put it there at all. This is just a dirty trick. And the charging speed is incredibly slow. It's purely a nuisance. In conclusion, overall, the room itself wasn't bad, but the front desk service had many problems."
