"Overall, a fantastic stay! Lanzhou Airport is one of the furthest from the city center, making this hotel the top choice for early morning or late-night transfers. First, the positives: 1. Excellent service: Both the front desk staff and the shuttle drivers were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Before arrival, the hotel proactively called to provide the shuttle contact number. Even arriving after 10 PM, a quick call had a driver there to pick us up. 2. Great location: It's very close to the airport, just a 3-minute drive. 3. Wonderful room: The layout is very practical, with distinct areas for the sleeping area, vanity, shower, and toilet, which is efficient. The room was spacious, clean, and tidy. 4. Delicious breakfast: It was quite substantial and varied. **Only 60 for two people.** Areas for improvement: 1. The curtains weren't thick enough; the room got bright around 6 AM. I suggest adding a pelmet. 2. The duvet was a bit too thick. These minor issues don't detract from the overall experience. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time."

This hotel lobby is still at the outermost one. There is an intelligent robot that can guide you. 4⃣️Parking is more convenient. You can park in the underground parking lot. The elevator is a bit old. Because you drive by yourself, the car is parked in the underground parking lot and you have to wait for a long time. 5⃣️The room is clean and tidy, with dry and wet separation. I am still very satisfied. There are welcome fruits, the mattress is soft, the room has no peculiar smell, and the sound insulation effect is good 6⃣️There is breakfast, which is rich, including fruits, porridge, pastries, etc. You can make your own rice noodles and fry your own eggs."

To get to Lanzhou city, you need a taxi and a high-speed train, which takes almost an hour… Personally, I don't think it's worth making a special trip to stay here."

"Because we had a layover of over ten hours in Lanzhou, we chose to stay at the Crowne Plaza Hotel near the airport, and we were very satisfied! Check-in was in the early morning of November 1st, and the receptionist (I forgot her name) was very welcoming. Seeing that there were three of us, she proactively gave us three drink vouchers and a 50% off breakfast voucher. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, especially the Lanzhou noodles, which were so good that we ate bowl after bowl. The room was large and clean, and the shower water pressure was great, making it very comfortable. The hotel offers airport shuttle service. Since the shuttle had already left when we checked out, the receptionist, Wang Miaomiao, immediately called a ride-hailing service for us, and we arrived at the airport in just over ten minutes – so smooth! After arriving at the airport, we realized we had left our phone charger in the hotel lobby, so we quickly called the front desk. Wang Miaomiao quickly sent it via SF Express – incredibly efficient! A special shout-out to her! Although it was only a short stay of over ten hours, the staff's warm and attentive service made us feel truly at home. If I have the opportunity to come to Lanzhou again, I will definitely choose the Crowne Plaza Lanzhou New Area again."
