The worst hotel you will ever find in Gangtok. Room was totally dirty, If you see the kitchen where the food was prepared, you will start vomiting. Room service was very bad. My package included the breakfast, but those people denied it and said only bread will be provided. Totally waste of money its better to stay in lodge property. They say the property is on MG Marg, but it is very far away from there, you will not find any vehicle to reach there easily.

Staff as well as the food was good and warm, rhe hoapitality was upto the mark and good, the manger and all were professional and felt kind of comfortable to stay, lastly the view from the room are awesome

Dirty room — Bedsheets, pillow, cupboard and the whole room in general. No toiletries, unsatisfactory food. The staff is unprofessional and inexperienced. Food is below average. Odd location — 20min steep walk to MG road.
