Ulasan Atour Hotel

Hotel ini hanya berjarak 20 menit berjalan kaki dari Sanfang Qixiang. Kamarnya agak kecil, tapi bersih dan nyaman, dan tempat tidurnya nyaman. Saya memilih yang ada bathubnya, hanya untuk menenangkan kaki, sehingga bisa menghilangkan kepenatan seharian berjalan. Ada jemuran di kamar mandi, yang bisa dikatakan sangat user-friendly. Pengemasan perbekalan di kamar sangat stylish, dan layanannya responsif. Jenis sarapannya cukup sesuai, umumnya recommended!

Great location within the city with the addition of the two small lakes and perimeter boardwalks. Lots of beauty on the walls. Breakfast is expansive and covers a small western offering including coffee. Salad items as well as Fresh fruit and cooked vegetables. Mix individual noodles, dumplings, mushrooms, veggies to create your own flavoured hot breakfast. Pastries and sweeter items for those who need the hit!😁 Good compact gym for the keen plus a laundry with washing machines and dryer. Full laundry service available or partial, you choose. We stayed twice, with a trip out of Fuzhou mid-week, both rooms were quiet and serene, large comfy bed, crisp sheets and a couple of pillow types to choose from. (You can buy crisp new bedding and pillows to take home from the lobby, if desired). I liked the operability of the windows that allows fresh air to enter and refresh the rooms plus closes tight to exclude outside noises for a tranquil sleep. It even has a robot that delivers your take-out (online orders) to your door, including beer ( if you order it😁) plus delivered a bottle opener to open the beer 👍👍 Good service and staff very friendly. Will return next visit.

I enjoyed my stay at Atour greatly. There was a warm welcome from the moment I arrived in the form of a welcome smile and a hot cup of tea. The little wheeled-robots that walk around and call themselves 'xaio peng you' are sweet. The thing that matter to me when staying in a hotel is the level of peace and quiet that can be obtained. Levels of both of these were great at this hotel primarily because of the build-quality of the building; no over-hearing the person in the room next door at this hotel. Staff are also non-intrusive and allow you to rest in their quest to keep the hotel clean. I will be using this hotel again when in Fuzhou next. Thanks.

The hotel is well-located, within walking distance to the main historical and tourist attractions. The room we booked was clean, spacious and with river/canal view. The road in front of the hotel is a one-way road, so when hailing for a taxi we usually need to cross the road to wait for it, but it is not a busy road. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was excellent with both local specialties and western style choices on offer. The hotel also has a good self-service laundary unit on the 6th floor.

Good location and good hotel. Room temperature a bit too hot or too cold. Breakfast not the best for vegetarians but friendly staff.

設施：有自助洗衣房、健身房、餐廳和書吧，不過有點老舊 衞生：乾淨衞生，無衞生死角 環境：旁邊走幾步就是黎明湖公園，離三坊七巷不遠打車去很快 服務：工作人員都很禮貌，入住前打電話問具體需求，入住時送了一份早餐，離開時送了福州本地特產福州橄欖🫒

本次住店的總體感受是滿意的。從前台辦理、客房衞生、餐廳服務…工作人員都有良好的素養。 值得表揚的先説一下。辦理入住就奉茶，退房贈送了特產小禮物。客房衞生也算合格，阿姨打掃添加很積極到位。房間的床品沒有發現異物。洗浴用品都是大瓶的，擰不開（不怕有奇怪的添加物）。餐廳從7:00-10:30，添東西也很積極。撈化檔的阿姨一直很忙碌，但是態度很好。還可以提供打包服務，趕路者的福音啊！晚上21:30-23:00還有粥和小菜提供。洗衣房除了可以自助，也有工作人員幫忙。福州真的太濕了（晴天出汗多，雨又很突然），所以洗衣烘乾的需求量真的好大（從來沒有在旅途中這麼頻繁更衣過）。 另外覺得可以改進的地方提一下，僅供參考。 1.房間的硬件：吹風機真的有點老舊，噪音很響，吹完頭髮毛躁。衞生間移門很不順暢，晚上好怕嘰嘎作響。淋浴房下水比較慢。 2.軟件服務：雙床房可以拼床（中間的牀頭櫃沒有固定）那麼網頁上可以提供相關服務，這也是一個亮點（現在二孩家庭也多，即使衹帶一個孩子，1.2米的床也睡着提心吊膽）如果可以提前準備好，即方便旅客，也可以將角落裡的衞生做到位，也避免旅客自己移動導致噪音或物件損害。 圖一 阿姨打掃連烘乾機的角落都不放過，用手機照明。圖二、三自助清洗房。圖四每天的小水果。圖五酒店大廳的愛心樹
