Ulasan Youjia Cinema Apartment (Fuzhou South Railway Station)

During my recent visit to Fuzhou city, I had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel. The hotel provided excellent service and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, making for a comfortable stay. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, including a delicious breakfast spread and a relaxing spa. Overall, I had a great experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fuzhou city. The combination of good service, comfortable accommodations, and great amenities made my stay truly enjoyable. I look forward to returning to this hotel in the future.

very happy with how it turned out. the staff was very responsive and accomodating. facility was clean and service was nice, everything was complete. location was pretty good but far from the places we want to go.

Apartment very new and the lady boss is very helpful. Walking distance to train station and below is the shopping arcade.

商家毫無信譽，已踩雷，請大家避雷。訂的三房，到了以後跟圖片完全不一樣，給我發的地址也跟原來不一樣，應該是把我的房間給別人了，把我帶其他low房去了，當時比較晚了，我也不想折騰了，就默默承受了。房間是一個複式裏的二層，大通間放了3張床，三房秒變三床。空調聲音像拖拉機；2平米不到的廁所有洗臉枱，洗衣機，馬桶，花灑就在馬桶上頭，可以直接坐在馬桶上洗澡，順便洗完澡的水還可以沖馬桶的那種；大清早還聽到二波送喪的敲鑼打鼓路過。真是喪氣滿滿的一天。

房東給免費升級了豪華房，房子非常不錯寬敞明亮裝修好，跟媽媽住的很舒服，有洗衣機也很方便，非常推薦！嘻嘻😁

離福州南站非常近 居住環境還有衞生也非常好 周圍就是商場很方便 體驗感很滿意 下次還有來會再來住

房間很大，衞生乾淨，地理位置很方便，離地鐵和南站都很近。看出去窗口景色不錯。還和mall在一起，想買啥都有。真的非常推薦。很滿意！5星好評！

這是我住過一家最乾淨的公寓，離南站非常近，就在南站對面步行幾分鐘就到，老闆娘很好，環境也很好

Très bien situé, propre, avec tout ce qu'il faut dans la chambre. Très bon rapport qualité prix pour visiter la ville car le métro est juste à côté ainsi que la gare. Il y a également un petit night market, des restaurant et magasins juste en bas. Nous avons eu du mal à trouver l'accès, c'est bien le bâtiment où il y a marqué SOHO 6. Nous n'avons pas trouvé l'accueil alors on a appelé l'hôtel et ils nous ont donné les clefs en bas de l'immeuble.

房間明亮舒適寬敞整潔，衞生乾淨！環境優美新裝不久、周邊配套非常優越應有盡有。老闆娘大方熱情. 本人已是第二次入住貴公寓，每次就少住一週以上，可惜忘記拍照片留影，下次回來還要住她家的。

酒店位置十分方便，樓下就是一個商場有吃的買的，商場內有很多間食肆便宜又好吃，住了8個晚上每晚也在商場內吃飯選擇很多。

早上如果要很早福州南站上車的可以考慮，房間樓層非常的低，沒啥通風，有蟑螂，外面還有煙味，體驗感蠻差的

房間真是太乾淨了！地板、桌子和其他地方都被打掃得乾乾淨淨，沒有一點灰塵或雜物，感覺特別清爽。 然後，房間裏有個特別好的東西——投影儀！晚上可以在房間裏看電影，就像在電影院一樣。畫面很清楚，顏色也很漂亮，看得很過癮。還有一台洗衣機，這對我們來説真的很方便。出門在外，衣服臟了可以直接洗，不用自己手洗那麼麻煩，省了很多時間和力氣。 總的來説，這個房間真的很棒！乾淨又舒服，還有投影儀和洗衣機，住起來特別方便。

房主服務態度非常的好，入住的時候還給升級了房間，房間很乾凈，而且很寬敞，陽光也充足的，性價比非常高，房間的風格是日式的原木風格的，衞生間很乾凈很明亮，住進去覺得很舒適，比住酒店的感覺還要好。樓下就是商場，吃飯娛樂非常方便
