location is too far from everything.

I stayed here for a concert! There are ramen stalls within walking distance and you can enjoy sightseeing, so it's really nice! The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable to stay at! I'd like to stay here again if I have the opportunity🙇

The bed here is soft and fluffy. There is a refrigerator and microwave, but there are some differences from what is on Trip.com. 1. No dryer 2. No luggage storage I hope Trip.com and the property manager will correct and upload it. For the location, it would be good to go towards Hakata Tower or stay before the last port.

The family room is highly recommended, it is large enough, has three beds and a sofa room for you to organize your luggage. Travel is very convenient, the parking lot next to it is cheap Towels and quilts are very clean

There were some stains on the sofa and carpet, but we had no problems. The beds and towels were clean.

It was very convenient because it was near the concert venue. The room was spacious and easy to use. The toilet and bathroom were new and clean.

The room is dark and large, but the sofa and floor mats are not very clean.

There is no staff at the front desk of this B&B, so we have to rely on video chat, so we encountered a lot of trouble when checking in. The actual number of beds in the room provided was 1 smaller than what was listed in the order, and I was dissatisfied with this.

Even though we booked for 5 people, there were only 3 toothbrushes as amenities. It would have been nice if they provided room wear. The shower was weak and took a long time.

I stayed here for 2 nights with a friend. In conclusion, I will never use it again. I made a reservation because I liked the fact that 5 people could stay in the same room, but when I entered the room, there were only 2 double beds, 4 slippers, and towels for 3 people. I thought I might have been directed to the wrong room, so I tried calling on the tablet in the room, but no calls were made and my chats were ignored. So I called them from my cell phone and they told me that there was an extra bed and I wanted them to set it up themselves, that there were only slippers for the number of people in a double bed, and that I wanted them to get towels from the box placed above the entrance. However, there was no communication or explanation about this at the time of reservation. Also, the person on the other end of the phone didn't apologize at all and seemed like a pain in the ass, which made me feel bad. In addition, the official website states, ``Please arrive between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM when the front staff is on duty to check in. (Excerpt)'' However, it is an unmanned hotel, and the entrance passcode and ID that were supposed to be sent in advance are errors. Because of this (or so I was told), I was not sent home and had to call in front of the hotel. Even though we paid for 5 people, we had to set up our own beds without any explanation, and we didn't have any supplies.It's the worst. Not recommended.

I was given a different room than the one on the website, and the accommodation facility and the website were not connected, which caused me a lot of trouble. I hope this doesn't happen in the future.

It was clean and nice. Check-in was a little confusing.
