Hotel di daerah yg super,dekat pasar malam or yatai dan sebelah2 ada mini market. Kami senang tinggal disini, sarapan nya juga ok

We stayed for 4 nights in residential room which provides kitchen facilities (we only used the kettle) as well as washer/dryer (which we used often and really grateful for this service). We stayed here too about a week ago and hotel provides free luggage storage (for our large suitcase) for our 2nd check in. Location is excellent with bus terminal and subway station very close by. Also surrounded by department stores, restaurants as well as Yatai. Reception staff always so attentive; they were also able to book us a taxi to the airport for our morning flight. Will definitely stay here for my future trips to Fukuoka.

Clean and well maintained hotel near lots of restaurants and shops. Room was a decent size with good amenities.

The hotel location was excellent. Bus stops right in front. Only 4 stops to Hakata Station by bus. Room size was great for Japanese standard. The in-room washer was a big plus. I will come back to stay again.

Clean and spacious room located in trendy Tenjin. In-room washer/dryer was also very convenient. Check in and check out was completely fuss-free. Breakfast selection was small but the food was delicious and good quality. Food tray should be returned to the wire rack at the middle after dining. Recommend using exit 3 instead of exit 6 for heavy luggage as exit 3 has an up escalator.

Decent room size and has all that is required for a comfortable stay. 500 m away from Hakata City and near to Tenji Underground shopping mall.

Great Value for money, large rooms and great location. Walking distance between three metro stations and plenty of good restaurants.

The Tokyu Stay hotel in Fukuoka is a convenient and hygienic option for travelers. It is located in a central area, making it easy to access various attractions and transportation hubs. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and equipped with modern amenities, ensuring a comfortable stay. The hotel also prioritizes hygiene, with strict cleaning protocols and sanitization measures in place.

Upon arrival at 2:35 pm, in cold English the recpetionist said I should know the check in time should be 3 pm. Not even bother to photocopy the passport as a standard reception procedure, he simply asked, for several times, when will I return to the hotel as we cannot check in earlier than 3 pm. The manner and attitude was without any slightest sign of compassion that an elderly couple fo 70, just landed in Fukuoka and took a taxi direct to the hotel, was shut down on the face that according to the hotel rules, early check in for 25 minutes will not be entertained. This was the worst reception exeprience I had in Japan for the past 50 odd years sicne I visited Japan (over 50 times). Sincerely I would advise tourists to watch out for such strict regulation that the hotel would impose on the customers. It is not customer or service-oriented, but a rule-driven company who would not treat customers as guests. Think thrice before you want to book a room there. I walked around and there are many other comparative hotels that you may consider.

We enjoy the Tokyu Stay chain of hotels in Japan for their simplicity and good selection of useful amenities inside and outside the rooms such as ensuite washer dryer combos and good free coffee at the lobby etc. This is not a luxury hotel by no means, but they are affordable and are usually located in great down town areas.

Good location, located in the city center, spacious and clean rooms, with all necessary amenities.
