The room is clean and the environment is very pleasant. The washing machine is practical, the lighting is good, the projector is clear, the internet speed is fast, and the refrigerator is convenient. "This hotel is located right at the entrance of the Tianchi Scenic Area, offering a prime location. The hotel's facilities are excellent, featuring all solid wood furnishings and rooms equipped with refrigerators. The lobby is stunning, and the hotel itself is incredibly vast. The restaurant is also noteworthy, with a rich and delicious variety of dishes, covering both northern and southern flavors, catering perfectly to guests' needs. However, all of these positive aspects pale in comparison to the beautiful, gentle, and incredibly hospitable young ladies at the front desk. As an old Beijing gentleman, my drone wasn't registered in Beijing, meaning I couldn't bring it back home. I asked one of these ladies if they could help me arrange for it to be couriered back to Wenzhou. The ladies immediately sprang into action, contacted the courier service, and had everything sorted out within five minutes. I was deeply touched. Not only are these young ladies beautiful, but their service is also incredibly professional, genuine, and warm. They left an unforgettable impression."

It's only a 10-minute drive to Tianchi Scenic Area in Tianshan Mountains; the front desk helped me call a taxi, and the service was excellent. The cleanliness exceeded my expectations; the bathroom was thoroughly disinfected, and the common areas were cleaned regularly every day, with no unpleasant odors. The appliances in the room worked perfectly, and hot water was available 24 hours a day; the basic infrastructure was reliable and didn't fail me. The surrounding area is quiet and clean, with convenience stores downstairs and on each floor. The room has good natural light and ventilation, making for a convenient and comfortable environment. "Excellent hotel with hot spring facilities at the foot of Mount Tianshan. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our white Xmas stay at the wujiang resort and it is only 10 mins walk to the tourist centre for the stunning tianchi and bodega peak of the tianshan range. The only drawback is the limited food choices available in the area. There are not many tourists due to the low tourism season but we are definitely not complaining about it at all. :)"
