Ulasan Haostay

It was just ok in general except for 1 snafu. We waited 20 minutes to get a table at breakfast, then when they finally gave us the table, they did not bring out our food which we’d pre ordered the day before. We waited for another 20 minutes before asking them about it, at which point they gave us 1 grossly inadequate bun per person as compensation. Wasting our precious time in this wonderful town is so painful. Rooftop view is good.

Best location to see Mt. Fuji, right outside your window!!!

Actually my second stay. Was here in April 2024 for Sakura. Stayed in the watermelon room in the first stay. This time in Jan 2025, I managed to book the room with mt fuji view. Stayed for 4 nites to truly enjoy all lakes through cycling and scooting. Breakfast was repetitive for all 4 mornings so it was getting a bit boring but it’s decent .

Great hotel which is quite central to many amenities. Good breakfast with Mt fuji view.

Had a really pleasant stay at Haostay. The first day we were unlucky, it was raining and didn’t get to see Fuji. 2nd day we were able to see it so clear from the top roof of the hotel!!

The hotel offers excellent service with very patient and attentive staff. The breakfast is delicious, and the surroundings are beautiful. And one more thing to mention is: I would like to sincerely apologize for missing the scheduled check-in time. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was delayed, and unfortunately, the hotel staff had to wait for me for two hours. I deeply regret any inconvenience caused and appreciate the staff’s patience and understanding in accommodating my late arrival.

Convenient location , clean rooms , nice breakfast , great roof view to see Mount Fuji ! Spacious room . Has bicycle rental in hotel . Free face mask, bath salts , lotion etc .

This hotel is awesome with the Mount fuji view and the room is very big and it seems like we are living in traditional Japanese style house. Highly recommend!

The Mt Fuji View is so beautiful.

Love the hotel room , nice size , soooo clean , fantastic view of Mt Fuji . Love it so much . Walkable to nearby eating places and the famous family mart w the Mt Fuji view as a backdrop. Thank you guys for the hospitality !

Simple but excellent stay at Kawaguchiko area. Rooms are clean and tidy. It seems like most staff are *********. They are friendly. No daily housekeeping but they do give you new towels and amenities as needed. Breakfast is simple but keeps you full. You can also view Fuji-san from the rooftop or book a view room. Would recommend if you need a place to sleep at an affordable price.

Spacious Japanese style room for family of 3. Clear view of Mount Fuji from hotel.

The room was really huge and had a tatami mat area for sitting. It was very nice to rest at tatami area. I could see Mt Fuji in the morning from my room as well as from the hotel rooftop. The hotel also rents out bicycles to explore around the lake. Receptionist is able to converse in English and Mandarin, and was very kind during checking in and out. There was free dorayaki as well as free amenities by the counter. The breakfast is okay but it gave me energy to go around Kawaguchiko for the day! I recommend everyone to stay here for a good view of Fuji. Other than weather conditions, there are no other factors that would block the magnificent view.

Must use lokal bus drop to ouhgi then walk ,,for elser is very exhausting
