While the rooms are a little dated, they were warm, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. "Visited Frome Premier Inn for 2 nights, 4th and 5th of May. Everything was really easy which is credit to the staff. Check in really quick, no issues. Rooms really clean with all of the things you would expect. Comfy beds, great shower, tea/coffee making facilities, good TV. Very quiet place to stay. Had a really good nights sleep on both evenings. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. A bonus was the Beefeater restaurant attached to the hotel. We had 2 evening meals and a breakfast and all meals were really good. Lots of parking available. Absolutely nothing negative to say about our stay. Thankyou to all the staff."

"We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and tranquil getaway. The hospitality and friendliness of the staff were exceptional. It was such a pleasure meeting Joss — a truly kind and gentle soul — and her wonderful team, who made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Our room was quaint, cosy, and spotlessly clean, with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was amazing, with plenty of options to choose from. We especially enjoyed the full cooked breakfast along with the fresh fruit selection. We stayed for two nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and Joss and her team made it truly memorable. Thank you again for such a lovely experience. As Arnie would say — we’ll be back! "
