The hotel is located in nice surroundings ,around many high-end stores, Tiffany, 5th Avenue..... the hotel is very clean and beautiful , the staffs are friendly. A++ hotel, highly recommended.

The hotel has a good location, the service staff are very friendly, and the hotel is clean and tidy.

The room is clean, the facility is old, but it works. The hot water in the bathroom was a bit slow. The restaurant has light meals, which can be temporarily resolved for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The staff are very professional. Restaurant staff are very friendly.
