nice and clean. Perfect for people who need to catch a train in the south station

The reception service is very poor. When problems arise, they don't solve them. Even worse, they roll their eyes.

it's very clean，and convenient to take a train， it's not far from Roma plaza，breakfast has many choices， it's really very nice.

A bare bones business hotel. Amenities need to be requested at the front desk. Not much options in the immediate area around the hotel for restaurants. The closest are at up the road at the nearest intersection. Breakfast is nice. Though the walls are thin. Didn't get a full bed, but two smaller ones pushed next to each other.

Good location and friendly staffs

Got the duplex suite and it is extremely spacious for 3. Staff are helpful as well. Breakfast offers lots of varieties.

Great place to stay for a night before heading to airport. Was clean and staff were helpful. Breakfast was pretty good too!
