everything was great and clean, apart from the shower. it appeared as if the outside of the shower had not been cleaned, as it had hair all around it. the staff was really kind tho

The location is perfect for the people who loves downtown areas but the staffs service is not welcoming like a neutral. The price is fair if you booked far away from the date when you want to travel. The decoration is not too bad but even they don’t prepare for bed sheets for the guests. For price you can consider but for facilities I don’t want to recommend

Worst experience ever. The staff was unhelpful and uncooperative. I requested an early check-out and a refund due to service issues, as my booking was an advance payment, but they outright denied my request without offering any solution. Very disappointing service.

フランクフルトから二駅と立地も良く、駅からも近いロケーション。中央駅による訪れた際は治安が悪いなと感じたが、ホテルの近くは全く感じず安心して泊まれた。新しいからか、設備もすごく綺麗でヨーロッパでは珍しく威力の強いドライヤーもあり満足。スタッフの方も接しやすく、自分が間違ってチェックイン開始の30分前に着いたにも関わらず、あと10分で終わらせるよと早めにチェックインさせてくれた。また泊まりたい。

酒店很新很乾凈入住很正規pad前台登記，沒吃早餐，收費20歐一人小童半價，打車去市中心老城區10歐10多分鐘，特地去看了房間才定的，雖然比較小，但是時尚整潔該有的都有，休息足夠了，好評！
