Pretty poorly kept hotel for the standard you're expecting from it. Coffee maker hadn't been cleaned in a year probably. Shower had missing pieces, and wasn't clean. Sheets had one stain on them (but were generally fine). Hotel restaurant didn't have any food, only drinks. No restaurants within walking distance that I found. I had to Uber eats in McDonald's. For the price and the above options, if you're in Frankfurt on a layover, get a hotel by the airport. It cost 30-40 euros each way from the airport to the hotel, but you're not really in the "center".

The property and people were super nice, but one block away (towards centeral station) starts getting a little sketchy at night. Totally NOT the hotels fault. I would atill stay at this property again

Staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, and had everything I needed. The hotel is convenient to Frankfurt Main station (train) but far enough away from the sketchy neighbour hood. It is a nice area; I slept well here, especially as the rooms windows opened for fresh air. Nice gesture of the front desk lady to offer me a coffee upon check in.

The hotel room was well equipped and the staff was very nice. The location is great, nearby a shopping center and several transportation stations.

Nice hotel one subway stop away from the train station but very far from the seediness around the station. Room was very small. Appreciated a lot the free snacks in the lobby and ability to order amenities such as shampoo bottles directly from the phone. Good place to stay for a few days

Great location for Messe Frankfurt. Rooms and shower need a refresh.

Very clean and well maintained. The room layout was also interesting, large and modern bathroom. Quiet location but close to the metro and trams. Walking distance from a large mall, in case you need something.
