Ulasan Manhattan Hotel

Lokasi agak samar meskipun dekat dengan stasiun kereta api utama, tetapi secara keseluruhan hotel sangat bagus. Bersih, ada tempat penyimpanan barang dan kamarnya cukup besar untuk 3 orang.

We ordered 3 adult bedroom and they used a couch for a bed. Breakfast discount was dishonoured. Inexperienced staff couldn’t save the situation without being rude. Street under our window filled with homeless calling loudly al night. Lift not switched on so disabled had difficulty departing. Drunks hanging around the front door all the time.

Great location - right at the train station. Rooms quite big and relatively modern. Bed was comfortable and big. Cleaning wise it could have been cleaned better. However, overall, for the price it was a good deal and good Hotel.

We booked this hotel from its location because we had to catch a 5am train to Zurich. Location for travelers by train is perfect. Air con was not in good condition, not cool at all. We decided to open windows let fresh air coming in. Homeless nearby shouted loudly all night so we closed windows and slept in a very warm room all night.

The room was very basic and the staff at the reception could not give me a proper invoice, other hotels that I booked via Trip were able to hand me an Invoice with the German VAT on it.

Location is good, old hotel, which need renovation! Breakfast ok

Over all is not bad hotel. The check out time at 11 am is annoying and i get remind to leave. If it is hectic season like a busy summer season i get it. Must leave sharp. It is a lazy monday and they rush me to check out. And the bathroom light is red and looks like red light district. The bed gives me itch. Not a good sign. The blanket isnt enough. I had to use my jacket to cover myself to sleep. I been into frankfurt. There are better Options

飯店位置極具優勢，就在法蘭克福火車總站出站後的左側，步行6分鐘左右。但因在複雜的車站區域，各種人都有，特別要適應的是深色皮膚的嘻皮、流浪漢。

樓下是三教九流不説，火車站附近能理解。 第一個房間馬桶屎都沒刷乾淨，換第二個房間吹風機又是壞的，晚上找他們反饋，啥都不知道，就説白天找他們經理，白天來了也不換，叫我們去另一個房間。。。 就一個電梯，早上電梯還壞了，四樓拎一個行李箱下去。 用鑰匙開門，房間沒一個乾淨地，都不敢落腳，真噁心。凳子也有不明液體殘留。 就這還評四鑽，這差評是給攜程的，國內旅館都不如。
