Hotel Lanville

I enjoyed staying here. It's in a good location and has a really nice pool, outdoor area, bar and a co-working space. The people there were really nice. The bed was comfortable, Wi-Fi was fast and the air-conditioning in the room worked. In some ways, this almost felt like staying at a resort. Unfortunately, like many of Selina's hostels that I've stayed in, it seems like the owners had big plans for this hotel, then got through three-quarters of the construction and just stopped. For example, the hotel backs onto a noisy main road but there is basically no insulation or soundproofing on the windows. I was on the fifth floor and had to wear earplugs to block the noise from the traffic during the night. Also, the locker for my bed could not be closed because the latch wasn't built properly. The breakfast was OK but nothing special, and the restaurant food was average with nothing really local on the menu.

Good location wrt restaurants and bars. Nice common areas and pool, breakfast is ok (choice between the top 3 combos if included), staff is friendly. The room is ok, bathroom a bit old and the hot water just a trickle. My biggest issue is the noise from the street, I was on the 6th floor and it was extremely noisy all night long, it seemed like there was a drag race of motorbikes and trucks outside, never slept so bad in a hotel before.

Been there five days in january, the hotel/hostel is understaffed, crowds of ppl making a hell of a noise, front desk girls not so friendly and clearly unwilling to work which brings to a lot of queues just to have a check-in or ask a simple question. During my stay, I changed room for my last three days stay in a six bedroom shared dorm and no one ever came to clean up the room, the bathroom and tidy up the bedrooms of the previous guests, not a single day. What's worst is that, unfortunately, while making the reservation on booking, the search engine changed the dates I've been looking for to February, a month away, so I made a new reservation, check in for that same day I booked, which was a few hours away; I tried several times to appoint the fact that it was an unwilling mistake, obviously, gently asking to cancel the wrong booking without any fee to which they just answered, every single time, to contact booking, from booking to contact the property and from the property to contact booking, since they couldn't do anything from the front office (utter non sense and crappy excuse since I work in tourism and with booking too and I can just cancel whatever reservation I want in case the guest send a cancelation request with a proper reason 🙄). End of the story, they just charged me, a month away, for my wrong reservation, such an unhelpful and mediocre service place.

Experiência muito boa aqui no Selina Foz do Iguaçu. Excelente localização, atendimento dos funcionários, bar com comidas e drinks deliciosos! Nossa recepção foi incrível ! Área de lazer completíssima , lugar muito bonito com bastante verde.

Pontos positivos: Ambiente super agradável e com equipe muito amistosa. Quarto amplo e limpo. Boas opções no cardápio do restaurante para café e demais refeições. Pontos negativos: houve uma pequena confusão no check in de um dos hóspedes, que chegou em horário diferente, embora tivesse sido avisado a outra pessoa do staff. A rua é um pouco barulhenta (tem proteção auricular no quarto) e o chuveiro é quentinho mas cai pouca água.

PÉSSIMO. Hotel sujo. Banheiro do quarto MUITO sujo e a água não esquentou. Deixei o chuveiro ligado por 15 minutos e nada da água esquentar. Questionamos na recepção, não deram bola e falaram que logo esquentava (não esquentou). Não ficamos as 3 estadias que reservamos devido não ter água quente no nosso quarto e não querem reembolsar o valor. PÉSSIMO, simplesmente PÉSSIMO. Além de tomar banho gelado (estava fazendo 11ºC na rua), não tivemos coragem de tomar café da manhã, pois se o banheiro do quarto era sujo, não quero nem imaginar como pode ser a cozinha.

Já que fui só, escolhi ficar no quarto micro, com banheiro compartilhado, e por sorte o outro quarto não teve nenhum hospede enquanto estava hospedada. O quarto é muito bonito, tinha uma varanda grande, mal ouvi barulho. O banheiro deixou a desejar um pouco, tava gotejando uma bica nos dias de chuvas, mas ok. O café da manhã - os meus pedidos foram bem iguais todos os dias - também foi bem ok, satisfeita com a entrega. Sobre atendimento, quero expressar minha admiração pelo Eduardo, que foi o melhor em tudo, extremamente simpático e atencioso, a Milena, muito fofa e atenciosa, e o Richard também, já os demais, sempre meio sérios (não que precisa está escancarando um sorriso pra todo lado, mas devolver um sorriso não custa nada) e respondendo como se fosse uma obrigação. A localização é excelente, pertinho de tudo, isso foi uma das coisas que mais gostei. As proposta de interações deixam a desejar, mas ok.

O quarto que dava para a avenida não tinha janela anti-ruído e o barulho era muito grande. Pedi a troca e nos moveram para de outra face bem menos barulhento, porém era destinado a pcds, o que tornava o uso do banheiro muito desconfortável, além do ruído excessivo do ar-condicionado. Após nova mudança tudo ficou melhor. O café da manhã deixa muito a desejar: num dia havia um bolo seco e duro, assim como os pães franceses, e no outro, o bacon estava cru. Se estivesse bem-feito, estaria básico e bom. Vale pela localização. Também é muito bonito, tem muito potencial para ser melhorado.

Hotel é péssimo, muito barulho na rua, a piscina estava suja TODOS OS DIAS da nossa estadia, o ar condicionado não gela, o atendimento no bar é péssimo, não é feita a arrumação dos quartos com frequência, a limpeza ficou a desejar, as fotos não condizem com a realidade… foi uma decepção muito grande!
