깨끗하고 위치가 좋습니다. 가성비 좋은 호텔입니다. 가까운곳에 라파인쇼장도 있고 수영장도 있어서 휴양하기 좋습니다. 조식도 비용대비 좋습니다^^

房間很狹小。然後向前台索要牙膏牙刷拖鞋時，什麼都沒有，然後半夜12點推薦你到外面去買。沒有燒水壺，沒有免費飲用水。服務態度冷漠。並且早餐提供的非常一般。極度不推薦。

Hotel ótimo, atendimento muito bom, comida maravilhosa ! Adoramos a estadia , o lugar , o atendimento e a alimentação!

Fui com minha mãe e ficamos em um quarto com duas camas por 3 diárias. Excelente localização, quartos amplos, bom atendimento, a limpeza deixou a desejar o box estava encardido e com vazamento e mofo nas paredes. O café da manhã é excelente, entretanto como precisava tomar café no primeiro horário (6:30h) não tinham o atendimento completo (sou intolerante a lactose e fui informada pela cozinha que não tinham opções).

Primeira vez que ficamos neste hotel, mas adoramos. Pessoas simpáticas, nos atenderam super bem. O hotel é próximo ao shopping Catuaí e fácil acesso às Cataratas e parque das aves. O quarto que ficamos é bem amplo e aconchegante, porém o mais nos encantou foi o cheiro. É simplesmente o hotel mais cheiroso que já fiquei!

Ótimo hotel, novo, bonito, agradável. Recomendo!

Disappointing. Staff speaks little English so difficult to undersatnd things. Not well located near anything.

I really enjoyed staying at Hotel. The hotel is located in a safe quiet neighborhood. The staffs here are so friendly, responsible, hardworking, accountable, dedicated, determined, well mannered, and caring. The room was really clean, modern, and artistic.

Staff was very nice and accommodating.

We were first dissatisfied by the check in. My husband and I were placed in a room with 3 single beds when we booked 2 queens. We had two rooms booked and they wanted to place us in different floors. We informed them we couldn't as we had a minor with us. The room had no wifi. After complaining a different desk attendand placed us in a different floor. We were happy. Like most beds in Brazil the mattress is super uncomfortable, most hotels don't want to invest in good mattresses. Avoid a room overlooking the pool, they tend to be louder even past 10pm. Even though we had these problems overall we were satisfied with the hotel. The restaurant was really convenient and the food was simple but excellent.
