Good staying

The hotel was very nice, the facilities were impeccable, and the breakfast was very good. Negative. The room was poorly soundproofed; at night, you could hear people talking in the hallway.

The price is worth it, it's good, you can swim after traveling, the breakfast is quite comfortable and it's average, because the price is there!

Accommodation location and cleanliness are OK But there is one thing that I cannot accept, that is the water in the hotel is very small. The water temperature is hot and cold! This is not a good way to wash hair for girls with long hair... you can wait for the summer If the water suddenly gets cold in winter, you will definitely catch a cold...

The room was OK, the front desk guy was very welcoming, and it was very close to the waterfall bird park, but the hotel didn't have a laundry room, and the room didn't have screens. There were bugs when I turned on the lights at night, so I didn't dare to turn on the lights. It's not very good to get wet in the rain, so you have to bring your own slippers, toothbrush, etc. The breakfast is quite rich in the local area, but it's not comparable to the domestic ones.

Very satisfied, an unforgettable tour

It's clean and well located. It's a good value hotel. There's a La Pine Show nearby and a swimming pool, so it's a good place to relax. Breakfast is also good value for money^^

The location is great and the breakfast is very rich.

The room is very small. When I asked for toothpaste, toothbrush and slippers from the front desk, there was nothing. Then at 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, I was recommended to go out to buy them. There was no kettle and no free drinking water. The service attitude was indifferent. And the breakfast provided was very average. I strongly do not recommend it.

I went with my mother and we stayed in a room with two beds for 3 nights. Excellent location, large rooms, good service, cleaning left something to be desired, the shower was dingy and had a leak and mold on the walls. The breakfast is excellent, however, as I needed to have coffee first thing in the morning (6:30 am) they didn't have full service (I'm lactose intolerant and I was informed by the kitchen that they didn't have any options).

First time we stayed at this hotel, but we loved it. Friendly people, took great care of us. The hotel is close to the Catuaí shopping mall and easy access to the Falls and the Bird Park. The room we stayed in is very spacious and cozy, but the most enchanted us was the smell. It's simply the smelliest hotel I've ever stayed at!
