Ulasan Sheraton Fort Worth Downtown Hotel

The Hotel was amazing, the front desk was very helpful and incredibly professional. I would 10/10 stay with them again. I enjoyed my stay and can’t wait to go back.

酒店正在裝修，房間的軟裝看着很新。隔音比較差，小孩的哭聲，走廊的人聲，聽得很明顯。房間裏會突然傳來設備運轉的聲音，不知道是什麼設備。影響睡眠。 浴室沒有打掃乾淨，頭髮什麼的還在。 隔了條街就是Water Garden，方便遊覽。離火車站也近。地理位置優越。

服務好，乾淨，就是泳池在維護，總體滿意。

No heat in bedroom of suite. No one followed up. Front desk staff at times had limited information regarding transportation, restaurants, etc in area.

Overall we had a lovely stay. However, the construction around the parking garage is very inconvenient and makes entering and exiting the facility very confusing.

I booked 3 nights during UIL State Cheer Competition- as my granddaughter was participating in it. I did not expect the major construction going on in and outside of the hotel. A temporary room was set up for breakfast (clearly it was far from the kitchen as food orders were phoned in and then brought on a cart from "somewhere." Lunch and Dinner options were simply "to go." I was expecting an upscale dining experience available within the hotel. The parking garage was full and the overflow lot was out behind the hotel, across the street in yet another "work zone." There was no security for vehicles as the gates were disabled. No validation needed so ANYONE could park there- or explore the parking lot and possibly vandalize hotel guest vehicles easily. The heated indoor pool was closed- and this was an amenity that my family was looking forward to since the outdoor weather was chilly. The TV in my room had on demand movies available one of the 3 nights- although I reported that it was not working, and an "engineer" came to check it out, and promised he would contact the provider to correct it. All functions of the TV were then disabled, it was not corrected, and I received no further update. The overall look of the hotel was that it was in disarray due to the construction, however the PRICE of the rooms was still at a premium. If I had any choice to cancel and go elsewhere, I would have- but due to the convention center activities, all hotels were fully booked.

The hotel room was nice and properly cleaned by the staff. The price was good and it was across the street from the convention center

Hotel is next to the beautiful water park. I enjoyed dinner; salmon w/shrimp. Great staff; Mrs. Nonhle at the from was very courteous and helpful.

For the price i wouls have expected a cleaner room. There was construction going on in the building and the parking garage was storage for those projects. The pool area was closed and we were not notified at all.

We were bumped from our reservation and moved to a Sheraton. Her didn’t gets suite.. and we were subjected to comican people very stranger .. it. Was upsetting Shari tried to check in early but your app failed.. then was emailed i no longer had a room.. you figure out what happened! I don’t think I want to explain this rest! Just do what is right..

A lot of renovations going on outside and inside property. Not very pleasant experience

Very disappointing. We were celebrating our 15 yr. anniversary, and the only reason we were staying at the hotel was because they have an indoor pool. The website we booked our hotel failed to mention that the hotel was being renovated and many of the amenities like the bar and restaurant and pool were not available. We had paid for 2 nights, left after one night. The website or hotel need to mention this to potential customers. Very disappointing !
