Staying at Chimpundu Lodge was really enjoyable. The lush green forest was wonderful to look at and made the stay even more enjoyable. All the people who were looking after the lodge were really nice. Thank you! Thank you to Joseph as well for adding a personal touch and sharing the warm hospitality of the region.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this resort! The rooms were stunning and provided a great sense of privacy. The views were truly breathtaking. The food was delicious, and the service was exceptional; the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We highly recommend staying here when visiting Uganda!

Beautiful lodge in the park - cottages surrounded by trees, lovely staff and good food. I would stay here again. Doreen in particular is lovely and so are all the other staff. It has an intimate and luxurious feel. Hope to be back! Thank you for a lovely stay

Joseph and Tracy are one of the best hosts i’ve ever had. Amazing place, amazing service and beautiful views. Would definitely recommend and come back! Thank you! The feeling of being immersed in the jungle is just unique. You are also really close to the Chimp Trekking experience.

We absolutely loved Chimpandu. This is a 5* accommodation. The property is absolutely lovely and the service and food exceptional. Joseph and the bartender were Off The Chain! You will not go wrong with this establishment. Top Notch! We loved every minute.

Absolutely incredible lodge! If you’re going to visit the chimpanzees at Kibale, and you want some luxury, then 100% go to Chimpundu. The rooms are beautiful and spacious, with large, very comfortable beds, your own private balcony looking out on stunning scenery, plus, a huge bathroom including bath and shower big enough to easily fit 2! As if this wasn’t enough, the food at the lodge is also super delicious. And finally, the staff are so attentive, friendly and deliver a perfect service. Special mention to Joseph who was a great host to us during our stay.

Chimpundu was our home away from home lodge. The ambience is out of this world. The trees surrounding the lodge gives its such a serene peaceful atmosphere you just want to stay forever. The room was my favorite spot. Clean hot showers and beautiful bath tub. It’s a place I would come back in a blink of an eye. The food was great, the staff were always ready to help.

I stayed in Uganda for 2 weeks and the best food and hospitality I experienced was definitely in Chimpundu Lodge. Their hospitality was felt, the entire team seems very well motivated when it comes to serving guest. After our Chimps tracking experience, they were ready for us at the Reception with flip flops and they even went an extra mile of cleaning our boots. Not a goodbye but a see you soon! Will definitely be back. I felt at home, I didn't want to leave! ♥️

It was so lovely staying here . We were very well received after an entire day’s drive from Kampala . The food was awesome . I miss the avacados already . The rooms were tucked in between lots of greenery with private balconies - which gave a serene calming environment. The bathrooms were super spacious with an excellent much needed bath tub after the tiresome chimps trekking day . A special mention to Joseph for his exceptional customer service . Ps : They washed our trekking shoes after hiking so we didn’t have to worry about that . I will definitely be back .
