A great place to stay, very clean and the beds are SO comfortable after travelling all day. We were welcomed warmly and nothing was a problem to ensure are stay was good. Quiet location, thoroughly recommend✌🏼and would stay there again. Great decor too!

Property is well located close to shops and restaurants. Very friendly and accommodating host. Units are very clean and spacious. Very quiet also. We always stop here on our way to Queensland

Stayed in Forbes and chose this place based on internet reviews . My room was clean and comfortable and a good size, as was the bathroom. A little old fashioned in style but a really comfortable bed. I appreciated that it had a couch, small table, long bench top, good size television and plenty of storage space. The host were warm and welcoming and offered good advice for meals. It was also easy walking to the lake and the Main Street . If ever in Forbes again I would definitely return here.

This motel is in a great location, all rooms are ground level, no stairs. Being picky my pillow was very lumpy and there was no hand towel provided, but otherwise it was exactly what you want for an overnight stay.
