Location is great. 1 minute walk to the Bridge of Beckio, the Palace of Beckio and the Uffizi Museum. The Cathedral of Santa Maria del Diforet and the Pitti Palace are within 10 minutes. H&M is opposite, and there is an entrance to the turn of Venchi. It was great to get up in the morning and take a walk in these places with few people ❤️ Of course, even if I worshiped the sunset at 9 o'clock at the Beckio Bridge in May, when the sun was long, I didn't have any anxiety because it was a minute walk. Toilets and showers are shared, but they are very large and clean. Perhaps the timing was good, there was no waiting for the toilet shower. I couldn't see anything from the room because the outer wall was under construction, but it was a great view if I stepped out, so there was no problem. The reception is not resident, but it is very kind. I want to stay again next time.

Next to the old bridge in Florence, 403 river view suite, the living room and bedroom have floor-to-ceiling windows facing the Arno River, the location is good and the scenery is good, but the heating is not too hot. On the third day, we were upgraded to the larger family river view suite 405 next door, with a dining room for six people and two bathrooms, which is even better👍🏻 The hotel breakfast is also very rich. recommend!

The hotel is located perfectly for touring the center of Florence. The room was spotlessly clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was out of this world. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and caring. It was the best hotel experience that I have had in many years of traveling.

I personally like it better, facing the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore, and going out is the queue 😄. Within 1 km of the surrounding area, there are many attractions, many restaurants, and many shops. If you are tired, go back to the hotel and rest before you come out to continue. Very convenient! The hotel service is very good, the front desk is small, but you must answer any questions, there are people on duty 24 hours, everything will be resolved immediately. There is also a 24-hour beverage bar, coffee and tea sparkling water, cookies, and sweet wine before going to bed. You can pick it up at any time. The funniest thing is to wear it in pajamas. Although the facilities and equipment are flawed, they are pretty good. They have everything and there is an elevator, but up to three people, the room is small, the bed is good enough to sleep comfortably, but the luggage cannot be spread out. The bathroom is also small, so you have to be slower and slower when you take a bath. The breakfast is ok, just a normal Italian hotel breakfast, not very rich but it has everything. There are not many rooms, it should be 16-20 rooms, so when booking a room, it is recommended to book the best room, the view is very good, the window opens to the cathedral, and the room with a terrace is on the other side.

Great hotel that is very well located, its within walking distance of all the most famous places in Florence. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and the lobby of the hotel is beautiful. We found the room and the bed in particular very comfortable. The food served in the breakfast is very good. Our only suggestion is to improve the wifi service, the internet was very slow and sometimes it disconnected. Everything else was perfect, we definitely recommend it.

The room and bathroom are relatively large, the landlord is very welcoming, there is free coffee and snacks, and there is a small garden, it is recommended! About 8 minutes walk from the train station, it is safe at night.

The structure was inaugurated a month ago, more or less. I strongly recommend you go to their official website and sign up, download their app from the store. I stayed for a month so I can make a complete review, I think. I tried both the 4 and 6-bed rooms to sleep, structured on well-made bunk beds all in steel. Comfortable mattresses, the only thing is the covering is a bit viscous and makes rumlrye even at night, but it's not a big deal. I found the 4-bed rooms better (very spacious, the ones on the right when you exit the elevators numbers X01 -X10, X is the floor number). Both types of rooms have private bathrooms. The larger ones have two bathrooms, with shower and sink, the other with sink and toilet, without bidet. Intelligently very comfortable since there are 4 in 6 if the one with the shower is occupied you can easily go to the other to maximize time. The structure is 7 floors, plus a floor -1 floor, where the large served dining room is located, the kitchen where guests can cook for themselves, toilets and more. It is not perfect, there are some small shortcomings here and there, distributed in various sectors more often due to rude customers, than the structure, but overall I absolutely recommend it. I was fine, also because the staff is competent, polite, always available to solve the customer's problems. I thank the director of the facility for having treated me with kid gloves from the beginning and for having resolved disputes with other users who were tenants of my same rooms for reasons of rudeness. Overall rating 9.50/10

If u are driving, pls pls use the hotel private parking!! It only costs eur 30, but it is absolutely worth it. First, as a visitor we can only park in blue line area outside of hotel, the rest is for local residence. For parking the whole day, u will need to pay around 25 eur in blue line area, BUT with high risk of people break in ur car and steal stuff, it happened to us unfortunately :( However, besides the incidence which nothing do with the hotel, we love the stay with this hotel great location with very good price and spacious room.
