Ulasan Hotel Albani Firenze

Pros: While we checking in there was someone carrying luggage for us to our room, there was a bottle of wine and two small bottle of water as complimentary for the first night. Location is near to S.M. Novella Station and bus station so it's a perfect. Breakfast was a 4 star standard and the taste more or less the same throughout my trips in 3 different hotels so no complain. Cons: the shower pressure was really small and the heater inside the room was not working, after the first night experience we asked the front desk the next morning if they could check for us but ended up the shower pressure was really small, if there is a measurement lowest from 1 to highest 5, the pressure was definitely 1. So we aren't sure if they did send someone to check or not but one thing for sure they never update us after that and the heater switch remains the same as before I complained. It was really cold. One evening around 7pm - 8pm as the hotel is actually located kinda like an alley and bit darker so a guy was suspiciously following us at our back and we have to almost run back to our hotel and while we ran he speed up as well so it's really scary better not to be alone walk back hotel. Overall, location and breakfast are good. Service could be improved imo.

The staff is so helpful n professional. The location is good, easy to assess from the Florence Santa Maria Novella station, to nice restaurants, to Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. As a whole, the inside of the hotel is beautiful.

I booked a class double room for three nights, just checked out today. When I arrived, they gave me “one double room”, as the picture I showed, I thought it might be too small for double room, but I had a plan so I didn’t ask them about. When I returned there in the night, I asked the receptionist, did you give me a single room? She told me it’s a double room for single, I was “WHAT”?, I paid double room price, because I want more space and bigger bed even I am solo travel. It doesn’t mean I’m alone then give me a single room. Even the bed didn’t reach 1.6m (as the gave the information on website). After I insisted and dealt with them, they let me changed the room in other building, it’s a really double room now. Even though the window is face to the wall, at least it’s a “class double room” from their website. They kept insisting they gave me the “double room “ in the beginning, after that they just gave me a “bigger “ double room. Come on. And breakfast time had a little problem also, it’s a buffet breakfast, when I got my table and went away to get some food, after I returned, the table was cleaned, it’s better to have some sign to let waiters know that the table is being used. Location is near the station, just it’d be quiet in the night. To be honest, it’s better to choose another one , it has other small hotel (kinda hostel) at the same street, if you just want to find a place to sleep, get other small one. More cheaper. Otherwise find other one on the main street. I felt not save when I was walking back in the night.

The hotel is conveniently located near the central station. But the street is too narrow and noisy when there were traffic. The staff are not friendly nor helpful. The only time you feel you are welcome was you booked tours through them. The breakfast room is small and in the basement. There is no view throughout the whole hotel.

Everything is a great hotel, especially the breakfast is plentiful, the facilities are luxurious, and the staff's response is professional.

Hotel was gorgeous the breakfast the staff the room. The location also! Would highly recommend the decor is so Italian. Love it!

Very close to the Firenze Santa Maria Novella station and easy to reach all the spots of Florence. Comfortable and cozy hotel

Hotel is offering satisfactory services, however faced little difficulty in entering due to late night check in.

Breakfast can be much better. It is an expensive hotel but their breakfast buffet doesn't have fresh fruit, poor cheese selection and they also don't serve multi grain bread. For some reason, i felt like the staff were serving the Europeans faster. Also, at the hotel reception, the staff will give you incorrect information regarding the city tours and hotels. Please be careful

Good location, perfect breakfast, but rooms need a renovation. In our room we faced with broken shower , where water slkited in every sides but not in direct . Only 1 socket for charging near TV and nothing near the bed. And minibar produced to much noise every hour . And you can't turn it of or unplug it.

Very nice hotel with a great location. I’d recommend it to anyone staying in Florence. Staff were very friendly and helpful, even reopening the bar for us at night once it had closed. My only suggested improvement would be greater breakfast choice and toothpaste provided. But these are minor things and I throughly enjoyed my stay here.

The location is 5 min walking to the s.Maria novella station and the buffet breakfast were full of options and high class, the room is huge with big bathtubs and clean, the only thing not so perfect is the water flow of shower was not so strong as the new hotel, the hotel lounge is really cozy that you can stay comfortable checking out if it’s raining outside in Firenze, the servie of staff is also nice!!!
