After we announced that we would be arriving after midnight, due to a flight delay, they accommodated us in a room on the mezzanine, right next to the breakfast room. We couldn't sleep because of the clatter of plates and cutlery. The room was full of mold, located on the mezzanine, with crumbling walls, damaged furniture, hair in the shower cabin and in the bathroom on the floor, dirty towels. In the morning at 7 o'clock we asked for a room where we could sleep (we had arrived at 3 in the morning), they proposed to change the room after lunch. We requested to go to a hotel where we can sleep at least for a few hours, they said that we can leave and that they will reimburse us the entire amount paid. Now, after a week, the manager no longer recognizes this, it is inadmissible and unthinkable for a 4-star hotel in the European Union.
