非常喜歡的一個酒店，小而精緻，還很乾凈整潔，床品也舒服，顏色搭配也很漂亮。酒店各個方面細節處理的非常好，吹風機是dyson，對於女士來説非常友好的細節。餐廳的餐食也不錯，餐具搭配也很漂亮，服務更是很周到。如果有朋友要來佛羅倫薩，非常推薦的酒店，我們全家都非常喜歡。

除去房間小其餘都很好。服務極佳。硬件做到最好了。

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at The Place Firenze. The Duomo Penthouse was amazing — the best view of the Duomo in all of Florence. A heartfelt thank you to Francesca. From the initial phone call to the room recommendations to the onsite care and remarkable friendliness — she made us feel at home! We will be back!

A truly lovely, boutique hotel situated on the Santa Maria Novella Plaza. Easily within walking distance to all major attractions and close to the train station for easy access. Fabulous and top-notch staff who made certain to ensure every need was met. A++

What an amazing boutique hotel. We were treated very well from the minute we arrived. The hotel is gorgeous, the nuanced details are lovely. Our room overlooking the Santa Maria Novella Church and the plaza was incredible. Opening the terrace doors and watching the world go by was part of the ambiance. The staff was extremely attentive and beautifully handled any request we made. From recommending and making dinner reservations for us, to getting us taxis, to anything we needed. We were treated with grace and kindness.

Very comfortable bed. The hotel’s location was excellent. Walking distance from Santa Maria novella train station. In the heart of the historic city center yet still a quiet room. The staff are top notch and go out of their way to be of assistance.

This was, unquestionably, the most amazing hotel experience my wife and i have ever had. From the moment we were greeted with a cocktail of our choice upon arrival until the time we departed (at 4 am) with a breakfast snack bag prepared for us since the kitchen was closed, we were overwhelmed with exceptional service. We dined at the hotel twice (not including breakfast which was also excellent each time) and we were not disappointed, in fact is was a couple of the best meals we had in while in Italy! The attention to detail in everything to the table settings to the linens in the rooms is over the top. Comfortable luxury with a staff that goes out of their way to accommodate you. Cannot wait to return!

My reservation was handled efficiently and accurately . The concierge staff took care of all my daily arrangements, transportation, restaurant recommendations and reservations, day trips, museum tickets, guided tours etc. A very personalised and tailored service. It’s like having your own personal assistant.

Beautifully appointed hotel with highly personalized service right in the heart of Florence. I stayed here with my family and The Place puts a big emphasis on making you feel like you are guests in someone's elegant home rather than just another guest at a hotel. The staff really makes the difference at the Place, they are very attentive and friendly, and take the time to get to know their guests and anticipate needs. The rooms are beautifully appointed and we had a small terrace in one room and balcony on another. We stayed on the side opposite the Piazza S. Maria Novella and it was very quiet. The Place is a very intimate hotel so you will run into other guests at breakfast, etc during your stay. The hotel does not have a gym, but there is one just down the street; after all the walking in Florence I wound up not using it in the end. When we return to Florence, we will definitely stay here again.

Great boutique hotel in a great location that is walkable to sites and shopping in Florence. The staff is very nice, especially the concierge staff. The check in and checkout staff were friendly and informative and offered great care during our stay.

Tried to change my reservation for June 2025 and no one gets back to you. I must have sent them 5 emails with no response. I have never experienced anything like this. I wasn't even looking to cancel. Just wanted to change the dates and add more days. My suggestion, pick another hotel.

Located in the heart of the city The Place provides all of the attention to accomodations, food and drink you could wish for. There is no skimping on the quality of service either. We were initially concerned that given its prime location the experience would be touristy. The Place did not disappoint.
