We checked into Hotel Azzi and discovered the photos of lobby, and reception were nothing like photos. Even the sign that should say Hotel Azzi said Ostello Bello, a hostel. When we asked if it was a hostel we were told by receptionist that we were in the hotel. Our door opened directly into eating area of common kitchen. The room was nothing like advertised. When we showed receptionist what where we thought we were staying even she couldn’t understand as it looked NOTHING like it! This property is fine if you are looking for a hostel, and young crowd, but was not what we were led to believe form website, so beware. We checked out and found a hotel more to our suiting.

Ho soggiornato all'Azzi ( o almeno credo) due notti con delle mie amiche, abbiamo apprezzato molto l'accoglienza con un drink di benvenuto, personale giovane e dinamico. Pulizia discreta, camere vecchio stile, ma posizione eccellente. Unica pecca è che abbiamo prenotato hotel Azzi, siamo stati accolti nella reception di ostello bello e a quanto pare il nostro piano era di un hotel due stelle Insomma per i giovani che non hanno grandissime pretese e vogliono soggiornare a pochi passi dal centro è perfetto, ma non aspettatevi un HOTEL.

Ho soggiornato una notte in questo Hotel, il mio giudizio, in generale è negativo, le foto del sito non corrispondono alla realtà, la camera aveva la pareti sporche, i mobili erano vecchi e rovinati e pure il bagno. Uneche note positive le lenzuola pulite e la pozione veramente centrale. Lo sconsigli.

Estuve tres días, alrededor hay bazares y tiendas para comprar souvenirs. La atención es insuperable. Son muy profesionales con el trato al huésped. Si regreso a Florencia iría de nuevo a este hotel. Deseo bendiciones para todo el personal del Hotel. Que agradable caminar 6 minutos y estar en el Domo y en la plaza de la señoría.

Ho soggiornato con un'amica due notti.Camera pulitissima e confortevole.Ottima colazione.Posizione centralissima.Ottima l'accoglienza e le ragazze alla reception.Ci torneremo di sicuro e lo consiglio a chi vuole passare qualche giorno a Firenze.
