Very accommodating and perfect location! We were very unhappy with our Airbnb and needed to get out ASAP so I scrambled to find a place and they helped us without hesitation! They blocked out a room as we got our belongings together at the airbnb, helped us get my husband’s clothing dry (dryer was broken at the airbnb) and the room they had for us was beautiful!!!! We felt so lucky to have stumbled on this hotel and would definitely stay again! Comfortable bed, spacious bathroom and beautiful decor!

A wonderful hotel in the heart of Florence, 5-10 minutes walk to most major sights. The rooms are wonderful and the beds are so comfy. The hotel is amazingly clean. Our shower had two different shower heads which is great. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful if you need any decisions are where to go eat.

A hotel, full of charm and character, and supported by staff that are helpful. Our room was very romantic and highly organised with a wonderful shower and facilities. We certainly will stay again and look forward to that day. Also very reasonably priced.

This is a very centrally located hotel a block from the Palazzo Vecchio and the Bargello with good restaurants just a few feet away. The room and bathroom were a good size and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Please be aware that the elevator requires climbing a long flight of stairs first. Just to reach the reception.

We found the hotel easily and it is perfectly located in the center of Florence, near everything. The room was so gorgeously authentic and the staff was helpful. We had such a lovely visit in Florence and loved our room.

Staff was not friendly for starters. Refused to turn on A/C despite hot outdoor temperatures. Not a warm check-in or check-out process either. Additionally, the noise around the hotel was unbearable at night. There is also no space - rooms are tiny, tiny elevator made it impossible to transport luggage except for having to use a steep staircase. Just not a good experience.

Being greeted upon arrival by the owner made us feel from the beginning like being "at home". It was one of the best "hotel-experiences" we have had in the many years of travel. The room 102 was beautifully decorated creating for us a "medieval-firenze-atmosphere". A perfect stay!

The best part of this hotel is the location and how clean it is. Other than that it is more a place to crash for a night. A very small room with a window facing next door window on a very narrow lane, so we chose to have the curtains closed all the time. Only a small seat where to place your cosmetics and personal items in the bathroom. The shower is very small and with the shower doors properly closed you still end up with a very wet floor and nothing but your towels to dry it with. We were on a longer trip in Italy and stayed in several cities and hotels. This one left us cold. But again, the location is what you certainly get here.

A beautiful hotel in the center of Florence. Well appointed, clean and a helpful staff. Our room was wonderful with a really comfy bed. I loved the shower head - with lots of water pressure. Great breakfast with plenty of choices. We can't wait to return.
