It was awesome location in the center of Florence. Staff was helpful and friendly. My room was for a single person with it’s private bathroom and it was spotless and very tasty decorated. A few blocks from The duomo and ponte vecchio. I highly recommend it. I will come back again 🥰

Location is amazing! Everything in walking distance from the hotel. Staff really friendly and kind. Rooms are clean and very nice. Definitely worth the stay.

Огромное спасибо Даниэлем особенно ее сыну Алексио , которые окружили нас заботой и вниманием., помогли взять билеты в Галерею Уффици и рассказали много интересного. Расположение отеля отличное. И очень приятный бонус ввиде плюшечек, кофе и т. д. Однозначно рекомендую .

這是一座500多年歷史的建築，地理位置優越，但是沒有電梯。房東人很好，冰箱裏有水、咖啡、水果、牛奶、點心等，適合背包客。

We had a great time in Florence and nice apartment in the heart of the historic city. Landlady was very nice, helpful and polite, she offered us help trying to find a bus to Pisa because railway was in strike. Also, we could leave a luggage in the apartment. Kitchen is supplied with toast, coffee, tea, cheese in a fridge, available for the breakfast. Recommendations for choosing this accomodation.

I stayed 3 nights and had no problems. Small family run property. Walking distance to station and all of the city attractions. I didn't have breakfast. Wi-fi was good. Owner's Son can speak good English. I am a solo traveller and all in all I had a comfortable stay.

This was may favourite place Ive ever booked. Absolutely charming. Very nice atmosphere, clean, nice mattress and very nice staff. I stayed for one night in July, will definitely recommend to all of my frineds and hope to be back. All other things also what you would expect from a hotel, air conditioning, coffee (with actual milk and also decaf), some breakfast, along with iron, hairdryer etc.

The BB has perfect location about 15 min walking distance to Duomo and only 3 min to The Central Market. It's located in the quiet area. The room was extremly clean, very cosy, has comfortable bed and small, nice batroom. The air condition works fine. In the kitchen you can grab some snack for breakfast like crossants or bread as well as make a tea or cafe. The fresh water was in the room every day. The owner Daniela is very friendly and helpful. If you want to explore Florence by foot It's the best place for you. I will come back soon. Monika

Aesthetically done B&B with a very good location. Nice clean spacious room with a shared kitchen having complementary little breakfast. Check in was hassle free as the staff was available and he helped with luggage as there were no stairs for the second floor. Neighbourhood is quiet, and this property is located close to all the attractions, as Florence is a highly walkable city. Room had kettle, AC, heater, refrigerator and other basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. However would like to point out that room was made but towels were not changed, the same towels (partly wet) were folded and kept in the bathroom, which is highly unprofessional and unhygienic practice. Highly recommended for stay, due to location and nicely done up B&B.

Easy directions from google, good spacious room, bathroom was a little congested but no difficulty. Kitchen had all the amenities and some sweet little items for bfast. Room had kettle, safe etc. and interiors were well done. Staff is available for limited time only but helpful! Good location in a quite neighborhood. Close to railway station as well as major sites!

A week at Soggiorno Pezzati was a great vacation. Quiet and pretty single room in a central location. Small but with everything I needed. Nicely decorated, very clean. Breakfast included at the shared kitchen (with small containers for recycling). The owners Daniela and her son Alessio were very kind. Highly recommended place. I hope to return soon.

We had such a lovely stay in this place. It is situated less than 10 minutes walk to S.M Novella train station and in the old city center, close to all the main attractions and sights. The place is located in an old building, the rooms were recently renovated, but in a classic way, extremely clean, with all the amenities included, very cosy and comfortable bed. Daniela is such a nice host, she provided very detailed all the steps for the self check-in as we arrived later, and we also received in the morning ‘a small kind of breakfast’, even though it was not included in our booking-just part of the house. :) Strongly recommend, will definitely book this place next time in Florence!

Struttura molto pulito e accogliente. Situata in zona centrale, comodamente raggiungibile dalla stazione e in posizione strategica rispetto ai principali punti di interesse. Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Offre pulizia quotidiana delle stanze e possibilità di depositare i bagagli dopo il check out. Unico difetto, assolutamente trascurabile nel complesso della struttura, il bagno un po' piccolo.
